How good was lebron back in highschool

He was a beast.
But I remember the game vs Melo.,
WOW.
But overall Melo was better in high school.

No he wasn't. Melo's team often won, but LeBron was always the better player and normally had the better game.

As I recall...LeBron was Ohio Mr Basketball (Div II) 3 years in a row? He then was the top pick (consensus) and despite the size of a PF...many expected he could be a PG. Word is he was VERY fast for his size..could have been a football star if he wanted.

I have NEVER seen such a surefire star as Lebron coming out of highschool. He averaged 27.4 games in his 2nd season on good percentages..same age as most one-and done players in their rookie-season. He was just absurd and he even exceeded the unreal expections everyone had for him. So happy to be able to witness his greatness.
