Hard to rank him right now. We've watched him destroy Kyrie head to head

When he's healthy, he makes Chris Paul look like he's on the B team. Not taking anything away from CP3, he's the best pure distributor/pace setter in the game and fun to watch. However, Derrick, when dialed in, even at his peak this season, can simply overpower him. He can do the same thing to guys like Steph Curry.
We've also seen him look like dog vomit at times this year..
Which Derrick Rose?
Healthy 100%? At his best.. He is #1. He beats up all the other PG's in the NBA head to head, so I'd take him.
HealthyNot healthy and afraid? he is not in the top 10.
to add to this post... Will he ever be healthy again? I think he will. In a D Wade (from 2007-2013) like manner. He will never play whole seasons again, but he will be a top 5 player again. I really believe he needed this removal of the damaged meniscus. He's going to have periods of pain free/relatively low pain where he will be able to dominate again. He will also have times of pain and soreness and have to sit his share. But with this removal he will be able to reach levels that few here still expect. Hopefully, sooner rather than later, so we can make a run THIS year. Still possible but so many things have to fall into place.
