Jordan still ballin at 52 y/o video inside

Post#1 » by Midwest219 » Tue Mar 31, 2015 7:27 am

“Hey man, you don’t have YouTube? You better put on Michael Jordan, for real.”- MJ ..LOL
w/ Tom Brady as his team mate. can't stand Brady, he probably begged to be on Jordan's team.

That's what I noticed too. I'm shocked someone as driven as Jordan would even have a gut. In any event, he's still in better physical shape than me.

All we need is another wing defender MJ. Lets take #23 down from the rafters and get #7 pimp!

I remember seeing an interview with Oprah before he retired in 98. In it he told her that he had every intention of getting fat once he retired for good. Glad he's living out his post career fantasy, but I'd love to see him get back in shape. He'd still look like the Jordan we know and love if he lost some weight.

Tom Brady looks like some average regular person in that video. Wow.

That video contains the greatest basketball player ever and the greatest QB ever. My oh my.
Kris Bryant will go down as the greatest Chicago athlete after MJ

edit 7/30/21: okay maybe not, but it was a fun ride nonetheless

Why would someone want to get fat? A pot belly is gross.

Nobody wants to be fat, people want to indulge. I imagine there is a lot of sacrifice needed to get into NBA shape. He probably meant that he could relax and enjoy and not worry about every single thing he eats or indulges in.

Ha so you don't understand the human metabolic process? You understand that most humans even elite ones tend to put on fat at latter ages right? Tyson did. Hell everyone does. Really strange comment about a 50's guy who was once the greatest athlete we ever saw.

He said he wanted to get fat. That was what I questioning. Being older doesn't mean you get either.

My brother who has 10 years on Jordan still can't gain a pound. MJ was pandering to a crowd. He isn't fat realistically. He is just average 50. He worked his ass off to be the best athelete ever he got a bit lazy but could school anyone on this board still and has gracefully aged into an everyday man. I used to bodybuild but was never a multimillionaire like MJ. Dude wants to rest his body why not he gave enough. Oh he is still fat and drunk and could kill any of us on a basketball court.

I wouldn't say he's fat either..I kinda started all this by saying he had a gut. I just think for all us Jordan was our idol and hero..I don't think any of us would see the day our guy got overweight. Jordan is what Elvis was to our parents..I don't think he'll ever get to that point but it's still just something odd to see on him. It makes him human and that's not our Michael Jordan. Not human. He's a Legend.

I didn't see Drew Brees there ;)

I kid, I kid..I'm a huge Saints fan expect that. Then again, I'm sure we'd have 4 Super Bowls if we got to videotape other teams practices and got to deflate our footballs

Player pools..who would get the most INT's, first Int, first sack, the most sacks...least penalized team during those years..also, the injury update for the opposing team the next week were among the least in the NFL. The suppose evidence came from an ex-employee that had gotten fired and wrote his evidence on a NAPKIN. Goodell made everyone believe something very bad was going on when nothing at all was going on..he made the Saints his scapegoat for all bad PR his receiving for the head trauma and lawsuits he was facing for past concussions.

That is why Tagliabue was called to step in and review the suspensions of the players..he lifted them saying there was no evidence of a bounty by the Saints. To this day Tagliabue has said (in an interview with GQ recently) that Goodell will not talk to him because of what happened..talk about being a baby. They use to be good friends and talked all the time..Tags was the one who appointed Goodell to be his successor.

I also knew someone would say..."Oh but ur team hurt players with bounties" ...no. Player pools..the Saints messed up cause they were told to stop but they kept on...teams still do these pools today. After a Seattle game in an interview Sherman said they were gonna fine the other DB at the time (I forget his name) a hundred cause he dropped an INT..sounds like a player pool to me is still going on.

The audio talk of Gregg Williams saying "take the head off and the body will die" is all locker room talk..Frank Gore never was hurt against the Saints neither were their receivers. **** Goodell!
