Not sure about full games. Don't think those are available. The channel Dawk Ins had A LOT of content and many of D. Rose's MVP year games. But he got his third strike from the NBA probably about a month ago and so that channel is banned.

He's since created two new channels (VintageDawkins and FreeDawkins). He doesn't upload on there as often as with the original DawkIns but there's still really good content on those two channels. A definite must for the true NBA fan.

It's BS that he kept getting banned. I know there's a petition to get him back going again but the NBA won't care lol

I don't get how dawk ins got his videos removed, but not GD's highlights? Always liked Dawk Ins better, because he'd show the entire play, and not just the made basket.

I've added you nwasquad.

So I'm starting to realize a lot of posters on here are in their late teens / early 20's, and have missed out entirely on the Jordan years (I'm 36)... and are interested in Ben Gordon and Derrick Rose games moreso. Just kinda scary for myself, as I can't imagine not have witnessing the Jordan years.

Ok, I've added you too.

I think that's it for now... got to make sure I don't overload things... I certainly don't have the upload capabilities of Netflix or Hulu!

Gotta check out this Plex stuff.

Would one be able to rip those vids using jDownloader from Plex?

I've got a ton of VHS from the Jordan era. I wish I had used SP instead of EP, but VHS tapes were expensive back in the day if you didn't want the KMart/Tandy cheapos. Bravo for converting them to digi. That's a lot of work and HD space!

I have found some good gems on Youtube folks have uploaded too...
Most of them removed the commercials, but some complete gems....

1984 Jordan game

1991 vs Bucks.

There was a full game from '86 with MJ and Gervin on the Bulls together vs Cleveland with World B Free that was awesome someone uploaded. Wish i could find it. Gervin only played about 20 games here with MJ on the roster. Gervin is what got me into the NBA, I begged and pleaded to go to a game in 84 when the Spurs came to town to see him. About 7,000 folks there, could HEAR the players talking on the floor.

Finger Roll FTW

Couldn't agree with you more! Always preferred Dawk Ins over GD. It was obvious he put more time into editing the videos. I think GD has some type of agreement with them maybe. He's always advertising something in the beginning of the videos and for a while, he had a Jamal Crawford intro saying, "you're watching GD Highlights" or something like that. Maybe he has more reach with the higher-ups.

But man, I really miss that Dawk Ins channel.

My 157 Bulls games take up 589 GB... and the basketball folder is 962 GB in total, while the entire sports folder is 2.37 TB!

The October 7, 2012 CBS-broadcasted NFL game between the Broncos and Patriots... 49.9 GB alone. It was rendered at the highest possible HD setting.
