Round 2 is why. Raps would face Hawks or the 8th seed as opposed to the Cavs or whoever might beat them.

Seeding 4th would present the most favourable route for the Raps to get to the ECF.

Of course, 3 or 4... to me, whatever lol. Doesn't matter to me but I will still say the 4th seed is a more likely route to the ECF

i get that but why are we overlooking wizards? they can get hot and we can be in trouble.

Not "worried" about facing anyone.

Not sure why you are listing Bynum, Porter, Gooden, and Sessions... as if they play significant minutes or even make much of an impact ? Have you seen those guys play ? Sessions was a horrible pick up, when he was playing horrible with the Kings. I remember how bad he was in his lone playoff run of his career. He couldn't do anything once the pace slowed down, despite playing with Kobe, Gasol, and Andrew Bynum. They picked up Will Bynum as a 3rd stringer to replace Toure' Murry.

The thing with Wall... he's their major and only consistent offensive force. He could definitely destroy the Raps pick n roll, but they don't run it often in the games they played against Toronto this season. As for "NBA propaganda", Wall isn't going to get more FTA's (if this what your implying) vs DeRozan, Lou, and possibly Lowry as well. All those 3 average more FTA's than Wall (Lowry before he got hurt). DeRozan in his first playoff run got over 11FTA's a game, despite many considering the Nets were favoured by the refs. Gortat had 1 monster game against Toronto... took 3 OT's, I'm sure the Raps bigs can also go off too. Just look what Amir has done in the past to the Wizards.

I actually don't mind whatsoever facing the Bucks at all, but I think your overrating the Wizards and Wall here. Advantages the Bucks have are bench play and better coaching. Middleton can probably do what Beal and better. Inexperience and potent offense is their draw back.

the wizards destroyed the bulls in the playoffs despite the fact that chicago owned them in the regular season… i'm not overrating anything… i've watched all the games against the wizards and in all honesty, most of those games were lost because the wizards just couldn't make open shots… it's not like we completely shut them down… and with the way we've been playing lately, it's perfectly acceptable to believe it might not be that easy to beat them in a 7 games series… same goes for the bucks, but as i said, the bucks have less star power… brandon knight for mCw was also a huge trade off and being able to sag off of him because he can't shoot is huge for our defense.

Somehow Moses Sullinger is back tonight. He was supposedly out for the season. Can't wait to see him in action vs the Raptors.

Wizards won the seasons series 2-1. The lone loss the Wizards had was without Nene and both wins came with their projected starting lineup. The Bulls owned them once, without Nene... we all saw what Nene did to Chicago in the post season.

The Wizards aren't playing well either. They don't take many 3's and don't have a consistent bench. Why should I believe they face the Raptors and they start making open shots when defenses become tighter ?

I do agree that it should be a closer series, but it's one Toronto should still have the advantage in regardless.

We must win tonight, I want that 3rd seed badly, I want to face LeBron in the second round..though one cannot overlook the Bucks with a Casey at the helm!

Facing the bucks is a win win situation. Either we get to the second round or Casey gets fired

oh guess i was wrong. for some reason i thought i remembered everyone saying chicago owned the wizards. either way, i still think milwaukee is a better matchup… last year statistically we were a much better team than brooklyn as well… we won the season series and there was even a thread bout how our style of play was conducive to exploiting brooklyn's weaknesses… we all saw what happened that series… having star power in the playoffs is a huge thing… the bucks are inexperienced and don't really have a player that will get the benefit of the doubt from the refs… the wizards have a few.

I see Nuggets want 2 First rounders for Lawson! That means Raps getting 3 for Lowry

Usually a fun game vs the Nets, always fun beating a NY team.

Just hoping we win the games we should and the Bulls keep winning, it would be nice if we end up "resting" our main guys last couple of games cuz we have Home court locked up and the Bulls get the 3rd seed.
