Phoenix and Utah are both tied for first in the NBA with 17 games lost by 5 or fewer points... it was a weird game to watch, good game. It's weird to watch two teams play who have opposite strengths and weaknesses.

Watching that lineup of Tucker, Markieff, Marcus, Green, and Bledsoe close the game, I would like all of them with possibly the exception of Bledsoe off the team next year. Not even close. That lineup is just atrocious. They represent everything that is wrong with the Suns. A flat out losing culture. And the Suns really should have lost. Jazz got hosed at the end. Tucker clearly fouled them on that three pointer. The collective iq of that game ending lineup is probably less than any single poster on this board. What an embarrassment.

What a breath of fresh air! Someone who doesn't just blindly hate everything. Indeed it was a good game. I thought we fouled you at the buzzer so we got really lucky.

Impossible! According to some here, we only get screwed by the refs, we never get any favorable calls!

Brandon Wright is a great pickup, he looked solid today. You've got Eric Bledsoe, the type of point guard i'd want in a utah jazz uniform.
Utah lost because the suns wanted it more in the 4th. Simple as that, Gerald Green wanted to prove a point as well.
There is a lot of problems with the Suns though, Firstly the SG and PF spot
PJ Tucker is a great hustle player, fantastic, but I reckon he'd be the perfect guy off the bench. You need a solid starting SG, not another PG trying to play SG, you've lacked that for awhile now. Funny I actually think Rodney Hood would fit perfectly as a Suns player, more so than Archie Goodwin. I mean straight up shooter, complements Bledsoe style of slash, power drives and can dish out to a guy like Hood.
Len back would be important. I wouldn't want to keep Marcus for next season, he isn't very good. Markeiff is the much better morris. 100 %

Re: Game 77: Suns vs Jizz
It was, in my opinion, a boring game with a ton of fails for both teams. When Green was on the court, he played his game and he made some of his shots to save the day for Hornacek but....is it woth the win to play Green with his amazing usage (I mean ,a really amazing usage , because he plays like he is the only one on the court, sometimes is even ridiculous) when we all know that with his style of play we will never be a great team or a serious playoff team??
We all know that serious and efficient teams play taking care of the ball, moving the ball around and taking high percentage shots on a nightly basis. ...and they are good defensively with a lot of two-way players that are proud of his defense. Can be Green part of a team like that??? NO. Period.
If we know that, look for players that are like that or develop the youngsters at this point of the season to see if the can be part of the next great Suns team, but we have to look the big picture and realize that players like Nick Young, Shannon Brown or Gerald Green can not be part of a good playoff team or serious contender, and that is what we want to be.

Even though we looked good defensively I can't get too excited about this victory. We essentially abandoned our offense for Gerald Green circus shots - we won in a non-conventional non-sustainable. I understand that TJ Warren was in foul trouble early, and that Gerald Green was in the zone, but to not play him in the forth quarter after the performance he put on against Golden State is head scratching.

Yeah, some of us expected us to take Hood with our 2nd first round pick when he was sitting there last year. The Suns worked him out at least twice, but they instead went with Tyler Ennis, even though they already had Dragic and Bledsoe. Many thought it was a strange pick and that Hood would have been a steal that late.

Sorry, I was in Vegas and frankly forgot we even played.

Good win by the Suns though.

Good win by the Suns though.
You don't have to apologize , it's not your obligation.
Thank you for all the game's threads that you have made over the season, you have made it easy for us.
