I feel like Enes Kanter is an empty stats player.

Monroe with less post moves and a better jumper basically, still a decent player.

It seems like I agree with like 90% of what you say...does that make me a troll?

Probably LMAO. Most likely you're taking my words as I say them and not looking for an opportunity to throw something I say back in my face like some others around here lol

When's the last time an MVP winner winds up being injured and sidelined for the next season? Looks like Durant is done and a part of next season too. Sucks since he's so fun to watch.

Oh man, that seemed so long ago. Man, God hates Chicago, Portland, and OKC apparently.

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/12576601/enes-kanter-passively-rips-former-team-utah-jazz-comparison-oklahoma-city-thunder

"I think the difference is, I like playing basketball there," Kanter said. "I think that's the most important thing. I never liked playing basketball before in my NBA career and this is the first time I felt like playing basketball there, for my team, for the fans, for my teammates for my coaches, for everybody. So, that's the first time."
"It wasn't just a one-game or two-game frustration," he said. "It was a three-and-a-half-year frustration. I'm happy for both sides. I think it worked out well for both sides. I'm definitely happy that I'm part of the Oklahoma City team, a winner team, so I think it's going to go really well in the future."
What's so much different about the Thunder versus the Jazz?
"It's everything," he said. "The fans, the coaches, the team, the atmosphere is amazing. Everything is falling into place and I've never felt anything like that before. It's so different.
"It wasn't just basketball stuff. It was professionalism of the team. After I see in OKC, I see this is how NBA teams are. You know how you're like in a dream and you have a superpower and just don't want to open your eyes and end the dream? Oklahoma City's been like that to me."
Kanter was careful to point out that he would not consider his time with the Jazz a "nightmare.
"I did not say that. I still respect them," he said. "I still like my coaches here, I still have friends here, some friends here, not a lot. But still, I'm just saying I don't want to make no comments on them, but I think when after I went to OKC I was like, 'Oh man, this is how an NBA team is.'"

mind you this comes out a day after okc fans raid the GB about Kanter's professionalism. i thought at first it was a miscommunication because of language(sounded worst than was), however when you watch the game, he acted like a complete turd. i know RJ won't act that way simply because SVG wouldn't allow it

Well OKC fans are just excited about their new addition. i'm sure you of all people can understand that
Regardless of the language barrier, to essentially say Utah isn't a real nba team is a horrible thing. What an ungrateful a**.

ya there's no excuse that can be made. its like breaking up with your girlfriend on good terms and a month later call her a b* in front of her entire family and call her family a bunch of b*'s. FOR WHAT!? VALIDATION?

Re: Around the League
From the New York Post:
When asked if he knows whom he would draft with the top pick, should the Knicks win the draft lottery, Jackson said, “I do.”
During a 45-minute presentation to season-ticket holders at the Garden's Theatre, Jackson also was asked what he cherished more in a big man — the ability to pass and score or be a dominant defender.
“Defender,'' Jackson said to applause, adding to the irony of his trade of Chandler last offseason. “That's a good starting point — a guy like Tyson Chandler and the defensive passion they have to have. So many screen and rolls, so many 3-point shooters, a player of size has to cover and protect the basket but also step out defensively and do defensive work on the extreme part of the floor. It's very important for that player to have defensive capabilities.''
Phil Jackson is trolling. His first order of business as GM was to trade away Tyson Chandler. Now he says that's the type of player most necessary to win. Seriously, the dude is just laughing all the way to the bank. Glad it ended up being Dolan's money and not ours.

Some people were so desperate for him to be the president here, speculating ALL sorts of nonsense. I'm glad we didn't get him.
