Well we've been doing borderline crazy talk moves since the 2013 draft if you ask me. The fact that they didn't even seem to have any talks with Biz this summer into the fall contract extension time got me a lil nervous on how they feel about Biz future in Charlotte.

It was just a random one-liner from W_Hamilton in the game thread last night asking why Brian Roberts came in the game at the end of the first half instead of Mo. For some reason, I just couldnt stop laughing.

Great game by Mo Gotti.

I haven't been around the board much as of late, but may I ask why are you doing this?

Obviously, he had a poor game, but you were an advocate of getting Mo on our team.

I like Mo. I wanted him as our backup PG from the rip and its very obvious that he's much better than Roberts. So I don't know what you mean when you ask me why am I doing this.

Mo kept us in the game in the 1st half.

He ended with 5 assist.

Wouldn't have won without him.

Very good game by Mo, you know, putting shooting percentages aside.

I think it may be to troll me.

His response to you, was my response to him in the GT.

Mo was great tonight imo.

Stop that. I'm not trolling you. I agreed with you and and1'd your posts. I'm prolly Mo's biggest advocate.

If this was great for Mo how can you complain about Kemba so much? Kemba get grief when he has bad shooting games but keeps us in the game with high assist low turnover results. It is so much of a double standard to consider this game good for Mo and then insult Kemba when he crushes what Mo put up tonight.

How is it a double standard?

Kemba played better than Mo and we wouldn't have won without him most definitely.

Mo is our backup PG at this point and was very good in the first half when our team as a whole struggled, he provided playmaking we sorely needed and made multiple key hustle plays in the second half, going 8-8 from the line was also invaluable in the win.

Also Kemba as good as he was also "only" scored 24 points on 21 shots, going 11-21 is brilliant but he only got to the line twice and had 1 assist in each half for the grand total of 2, I wouldn't even have brought it up if you hadn't questioned this alleged double standard and kind of proves the point that the way Kemba plays, is more suited to the bench sixth man role on a good team imo.

Kemba's 12 million deal starts next year. Time for him to start playing like it.

I would honestly consider trading Kemba with a 2nd rounder attached for some cap space and then retain Mo this summer. Use that cap space that woulda been Kemba's 12M on some shooters and depth.

5-17 0-6 8-8 0 1 1 5 0 1 3 3 -4 18

Sp the Above is the line of Mo for the last game. Yes that is less than 30% from the field and a 5 to 3 assist to turnover ratio. He had a whopping one rebound and three fouls. He took 17 shots and only scored 18 points. I guess he saved it all with his one block. This by your own word was a good game from a guy a number of you say you would rather have as our starter than Kemba.

6.3-16.1 .391 1.4-4.5 .315 3.9-4.7 .830 3.7 5.2 0.5 1.4 1.6 1.6 17.9

These are Kemba's season numbers. He is hitting at 10% higher than Mo did during his good game. He has slightly more assists while having less turnovers. He fouls less and steals more than Mo does during a good game. He also gets almost three more rebounds than Mo does during his good game. He shoots 31.5% better from three then Mo does during his good game. The only place Mo beat Kemba during this was from the FT line where he went 8-8.

So yes your calling this a good game from Mo while killing Kemba all season is a double standard. Kemba gets a lot of grief from you and a few others. Has Kemba earned all his 12 million? No, but he is a better PG than Mo is and younger. So just realize when you brag about how Mo did that he isn't even doing as well as Kemba averages for the season.

If Kemba was coming off the bench and averaging 13/2/3.5 on 39/31/82 and was about to be paid 4/32 or something I wouldn't care.

As our first option we're never going to go anywhere or achieve anything.

I agree. Kemba is just a bench guard. We really need to bring in some wings or bigs that can really fill it up and get some shots up besides Al.

I assume we are seeing what the young guys have. At this point that is the smart play. I would hope Mo would understand that when we are eliminated this late we need to give our youth some minutes.

Why would we play Mo? I honestly don't get why it's confusing that he would sit. What does he or we have to gain by playing him at this point? He hasn't exactly been setting the world on fire lately anyway.
