Drummond is a dominant rebounder- even though he intentionally misses shots to get the boards- I do not believe that a lesser rebounder would be able to recover those rebounds as easily as Andre does. That said, I do think his percentages fall a bit when he becomes a better finisher since he still misses a lot of bunnies

Our team has been a joke this year when it comes to finishing at the rim, especially Drummond and Monroe, therefore he has more opportunities to get short offensive rebounds. Pretty simple if you actually watch the games.
13rpg is not dominating, it's good but also inflated by what I mentioned above. He's one of the better rebounders in the league but as he learns how to box out better he could very well become dominant.
Saying Drummond is the best since Moses Malone simply because he had particular stat "totals" is laughable. Come with some percentages or some kind of metric when making such a statement.
lol at "13rpg is not dominating". The guy is the best offensive rebounding big we have seen in 20 years & he has no idea how to box out yet. Drummond is about as good a rebounder as it gets.
Re- "Monroe/Drum being a joke finishing at rim" - Monroe finishes at a 55% clip inside 5 feet, Drummond a 56% clip. If thats a joke, id like more jokes please.

Kcp has shown consistency, his defense, his ball handling, slashing to the rim.Last year he didnt do any of the last 2,but this year its become apart of his game.Ive seen you write not so long ago that moose can hit those 5-10 footers, just needs to do it with consistency, he shouldnt be written off just yet.I would think that kcp should deserve at least that kind of patence,at least going into his 3rd year.
I never said you wanted to trade him.
To my knowledge sg is a position were it takes time, really any position where you have to shoot is,unless your anthony davis/lebron type of talent. Its not like dre, were he can get by with put backs and dunks.Like stan said,he plays much better at home than on the road. That to me shows he needs more time (not much) to get used to the league. He has shown he has grown these last 2 yrs.
i know hes your guy & I understand & respect that.
He has not shown any consistency on offense, defensively he has been consistently outstanding since game 1. Even in games where he is shredded (vs D Wade here in Miami with me watching in person lol) the effort is still outstanding.
Be clear, im not at all writing off KCP, but the clock is ticking on needing offensive consistency. Especially shooting the ball. He will never be a shot creator & with Reggie we dont need him to be. We do need him to be a consistent knock down shooter though. Its a deal breaker. Reggie lacks shooting so we cant have that from our 2 as well. It will kill us.
However to me right now, the future is Reggie & Andre (Monroe too if retained). I hope & pray KCP falls into that group next year.
I can live with that.
I still say he will suprise you and you will eventually change your mind.
