seemed like it was hard for them to get up for this game.

imo i hate games like these.
My #1 goal is to leave the game healthy.

Usually, I can look at the standings and have an idea of who I hope wins a particular game or not. Right now, it's a little more complex than I'd like.

We play Memphis on Saturday. Houston and the Spurs meet up on Wednesday and Friday. Memphis plays New Orleans and Utah on Wednesday and Friday.

- If San Antonio sweeps Houston, we'll trail the Spurs by a 1/2 game.
- If San Antonio sweeps Houston, we'll be tied in the standings with the Rockets. Spurs would lead SW division and we'd own tiebreaker over the Rockets due to conference winning percentage.
- If Memphis splits with Utah and New Orleans, we'll be tied in the standings prior to game. They lead the season series over us 2-1.

Assuming Portland maintains 4th (i.e. doesn't move up).

    In order to secure 2nd...
    - Clips have to win out
    - San Antonio drops 1+
    - Houston drops 3+

In order to secure 2nd with San Antonio in 5th (to bypass them until WCF)
    - Clips win out (56-26)
    - Houston drops 3 of 5 (55-27)
    - San Antonio drops 2 of 4 (54-28)
    - Memphis drops 4 of 5 (53-29)

If Portland can move into 3rd, San Antonio could possibly move up to 4th and still avoid them...

    In order to secure 2nd...
    - Clips must win out (56-26)
    - Portland wins out (55-27)
    - San Antonio drops 1 of 4 (55-27)
    - Houston drops 3 of 5 (55-27)
    - Memphis drops 3 of 5 (54-27)

The Pelicans play the Spurs, Rockets and Grizzlies down the stretch. They could really be doing us some serious favors if they were to win those games.

Aka go Pels, and of course Clips. The rest is a mess. 2, 3, 5, 6 could finish any way and no idea to even try to tell right now haha.

It's crazy. I'm sure I missed some stuff, but I don't even care lol. Only thing that I do know is that the Clips control whether they have HCA in the 1st round or not.

I watched the first half of last night's game before going to sleep. Glad that we held off the Lakers and were able to win again. At this point wins & home court advantage is what's important. Also glad that Crawford was able to come back.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!
