Theres a reason why markieff got 8 million a year, and not a max. If Kieff was an elite rebounder to go along with his current game, he would be a Max guy.

Kieff has flaws, and that is reflected in his salary and why he's not being paid more.

Nobody wants elite rebounding, I said that in OP itself. I just want about 8-9 a game which is realistic.

Show me any other players making 8 million a year, averaging what Markieff is averaging but with 8-9 rebounds per game.

The nearest to that would be Gibson with 15/6.5. If you're putting up 15/8 your either at least getting 12 mill a year like Favors or Ibaka or your on a rookie contract still like Monroe or Sullinger. Millsap got nine and a half this year, I bet he gets at least 12 per in a new contract, at 30 is he worth it?

I was looking at REB% by past draftees... Kieff was an insane rebounder at Kansas (19.7 TREB% -> this is ****' elite)
Why he cant do it for us?
