I can dig it. So you're saying with Jackson at the helm the team can't win. I Don't agree but I don't have proof to support me.

i feel like they can win with jackson. im just not convinced they can win with greg still. im ready to move on

I'm not ready to move on. I like having both bigs out there. The team needs more playmakers instead of just having spot up shooters and point guards.

yea i understand what your saying. what i see is this with greg. i look at frank kaminsky being there at 8 and he is just as vulnerable on defense as greg, but can offer a larger variety of scoring and spacing for drummond and rjax. i think greg is talented player, but ive been finding myself wondering how we can make it work with the options we have. Kaminsky is the cheap solution bc you pay kaminsky a rookie contract and you pay greg a larger contract. then you have to worry about rjax contract. then you have to worry about fit/happiness. then you have to worry about signing andre -- and you have to wonder does andre and rjax enjoy playing with monroe? then you have to wonder how in the world are we going to find a sf to come here and pay him.

We're lost because we didn't make free throws and the defense sucked. The defense sucked because none of those three are good defenders yet.

I'm going to take a break from the forums until the draft. Between your ridiculous agenda, sc's complete misunderstanding of statistics, and the entirely entrenched Monroe/anti-Monroe camps, this board is more aggravating than enlightening.

If you stop posting here thats yet another quality poster that this forum loses. We need more of the moderate guys to come out of hiding and elevate this board. Put guys on your foe list and just ignore their posts. Granted, you still get notifications if ppl on your blocked list quote you (which should be changed) but the board is much more tolerable that way.

I think you are a quality poster who sees the game as it actually is played and Id hate for you to take a break TBH. We need more posters like you who can watch the game like last night and see the reality that we lost due to horrible 4th Q FT shooting, bad fouls, porous defense.

Man, folks gotta stop the sensitive stuff! This is a freaking internet sport forum, why every time someone disagrees with another person they automatically scream "I'm taking a break from the forum" or call folks "trolls"? Everyone thinks differently man. I've always placed all the blame on the point(even when we had Jennings and Stuckey), it's nothing new.

Some folks really need to calm down man. @TMorgan I won't put you in my conversation if I'm apparently getting you upset bro. :nonono:

I and1ed TMorgan's post, because it made perfect sense to me. Not because people's opinions upset me, but because this season has pretty much come down to people repeating themselves. This season is over, and clearly there again are major changes on the horizon. There's the pro and con camps for different players, and that doesn't bother me. I don't like the foe lists as I'd as soon know what people are saying. However, speculating about FA or the draft right now seems pointless as we really don't know what might occur. Further, the board takes on a pretty dark tone at the end of a losing season (read the last couple of pages of the Boston thread if you don't get my drift). After the draft and FA plays out there will be more things to have discussions about that haven't been beat to death. Lately, I haven't found it so much aggravating as just boring. Regardless of your position, at some point don't you get tired of repeating yourselves? :D

svg has put together 2 nba championship caliber teams.

so my posting has been in agreement with our coach and gm. so if i am troll then svg must be a troll as well

and svg happens to be one of the brightest minds in the game and a top 5 coach. jesus

clearly, the writing is on the wall for svg's plans this off-season on gregory

Didn't get to watch the game yet but it looks like Drumroe was very inefficient playing together yet again while our backcourt had 3 guys score very efficiently...............................but that's none of my business.

Good game by Stuckey too. If you didn't see the Stuckey/Reggie comparison tonight @Manocad must have bought you a drink early!

I hope Jennings comes back and puts Reggie in his place... I hope he's a lil immature about it too beating him 1-on-1 after practice, roasting him on the plane, and taking women from him. In his place he is an excellent player I think great secondary facilitator and scorer.

I don't care if you quote me, Neptune, and I certainly don't care if you express your opinions. I'll leave it to you to figure out why.

I'm not picking sides but...............The Detroit Pistons have 7 wins and 16 losses with Reggie, Tune's agenda seems valid. You need to learn to stop whining

If you think that's how it works, you're not worth talking to, either.

I come to this board to have a discussion about the current and future state of the PIstons at a level I generally can't get here on the west coast. If all Neptune (or you) can provide is 1) The team's record, 2) How awesome Joe Dumars was, 3) Jennings is awesome, and 4) Josh Smith was awesome, I don't need to waste my time.

Anyone that seriously thinks Brandon Jennings is a better point guard than Reggie Jackson is insane. INSANE. Brandon is certainly a better outside shooter, and he's a damn good passer as well, but he doesn't create buckets the way Jackson does. If you can't see that -- and I mean this in a fact-stating way, not a mean way -- you aren't worth talking to about basketball.

Dude I dont know if its the unemployment or the loneliness at home that makes you whine like this, but you have to realize that everyone has a right to their opinion. Just because a poster likes players that you dont like that doesn't mean its a waste of time conversing with them. Maybe youre the problem because how youre saying it sounds mean

Go back to your doughnuts. Also, reread your post. If you can't see the hypocrisy, I pity your intellect.

(should have quoted you -- nice stealth edit)
