With Denver's win, we also wouldve have been tied 7th if we lost

Which would have given us a coin flip chance at picking 7th, but we'll route the Knicks anyways last game of the season, so I guess this win will make that one less painful. And if Karma exists - Charlotte deserves to get spanked by her.

Except that the Nuggets are playing the Warriors who will probably be resting their stars in the last game of the season

We seem to be the only team in the league who doesn't understand the concept of draft positioning.

why settle for a jump shot when the defense closes out on him, most defender dont dare him to shot it because they are trying to establish position before he post them up.

when you look at it, it really isn't that bad, in terms of form. His gather and release are slow, but still capable of being effective. Its the simple fact that monroe doesn't have confidence in himself to make it, its not part of his game(in his head). SInce moose has been back , i have counted at least 7 times where he's caught the ball at the FT line with enough room to hoist and he doesn't even look at the rim. This leaves his teammates, particularly Dre doubled and no room in the lane. even Boston's Announcers called him out more than once. This is the exact reason why i say no to moose as part of our future. He's a center and we have one

Agreed.

I couldn't watch this game, I was on the road all day. But, it seems like Charlotte has been throwing away the last couple games in an attempt to tie their record with Detroit. That would make two teams this season who have tanked for the sole purpose to move ahead of Detroit.

I don't know if drafting at 8 or 9 will have a major impact on Detroit. Charlotte desperately needs some bigs who can play.

I missed this game but looks like we took care of our house just fine yesterday. I'm seeing the highlights and the Monroe jumpers looked clean to me. If he takes those in rhythm without any jab steps, they usually go in, which is why it's baffling he doesn't take more of those.
