If that were the goal, they could win this one and mail it in tomorrow. If the Clips tank this one and manage to drop the last one to Phoenix tomorrow, they could fall into the 6th seed if the other 3 teams win their final game.

If the Spurs sit against the Pelicans, it's a 1st round matchup with them.

Houston wont lose at home to the Jazz

It won't be an easy game. Utah had actually been playing pretty good ball recently.

The Phoenix game tomorrow has the potential to be way more annoying than it should be

CP sending a message to our fans. Hey season ticket holders, you bastards. Stop selling tickets to opposing fans.

Clippers stumble but don't fall in win over Nuggets

“I don’t think we had great effort tonight or great focus,” Coach Doc Rivers said.

But thankfully, Monday’s 110-103 didn’t cost them anything more than some mild reviews.

“In the playoffs, it’s not that easy to turn it on and turn it off,” point guard Chris Paul said. “But, it’s always better to learn and win.”

Rivers said he’ll use anywhere between eight and 10 players in his playoff rotation, and he’ll try to avoid using five bench players on the court at once.

“Usually in the playoffs, we mix and match. Usually you keep a starter on the floor at all times,” he said. “It’ll be no different this year.”

Glad we were able to beat the Nuggets last night. I don't like how we kept them in it, but it didn't cost us anything. Now the Suns play us tough. We need to be focused and get the win tonight.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

DJ is also closing-in on other franchise records; 81 total rebounds away from becoming the all-time franchise leader in that mark (Elton Brand-4,710; DJ-4,630). He's also 225 blocks away being the all-time leader in that category (current leader, Benoit Benjamin--1,117). For a lot of the crap DJ gets from some of the members here (or elsewhere), he's on his way to becoming an all-time great, even considering how crappy this franchise was for years upon years.

If this core remains healthy for the next few seasons, a lot of all-time franchise statistical records could be re-written. Hell, DJ (if he stays on the same pace going into next season) could own the all-time rebounds record within the first two weeks of next season.

Here's a glance of the team's all-time records from basketball-reference: http://www.basketball-reference.com/tea ... areer.html

It's up to date as of this morning.

It's good to finally have some consistency with our players. This franchise has mostly been a pit stop rather than a destination. I have a lot of love for the guys that gave their best to this franchise and spent the majority of their careers here during the lean years. Sadly, on other franchises, they'd be further down on the leader boards. As much as they (past Clippers/current franchise leaders) may be sentimental to us long-time fans, I'll gladly watch their names being pushed down and possibly pushed off the all-time lists.

I couldn't say it any better, mk...when I first looked at the all-time team records some time ago, it was kinda astonishing, surprising, and somewhat embarrassing all at the same time. This is what so great about Doc, Ballmer, and Gillian (as well as the rest of the organization)...unlike the previous regime, they value everyone in the organization as part of a family, and not just mere employees. Especially so with reaching-out and bringing back former Clippers--great organizations succeed in part because everyone is included in the process.
