I wish Ross was better. Anything that the Raptors offer could easily be beat.

I've never understood using the term "rebuild" to describe blowing up a team that hasn't made the playoffs in its current form. The Kings have the second longest playoff draught in the league. They have been rebuilding for nearly 10 years.
So let's clarify, maybe not a rebuild, but a retool. I think Karl really liked his 'starless' Denver team that won 57 games and may want to replicate that to an extent. Who then better to do a deal with then DENVER!

wtf is this, hell no. They aren't getting Lavine. Honestly 2015 1st, Dieng, Muhammad is enough. Why the hell are we throwing in a 2016 unprotected 1st? Rather just take Towns or Okafor with the 1st round pick.
What...
Cousins is the best center in the nba.
You give up the butt on the first date if the Kings ask for it.

Re: Both Kings And Cousins Hinting At Possible Offseason Trade.
Orlando is a pretty good guess for a possible trade destination. Imagine if Orlando ends up with the 3rd pick after the lottery. That, plus Vucevic are pretty good building blocks. Plus, they'd have their own pick as well (could trade it for somebody who can help them now)
Kings could have:
Russell
McLemore
Gay
?????
Vucevic
That's pretty nice, depending on who they acquire at PF.
Magic would boast a lineup of:
Payton
Oladipo
Harris
Gordon
Cousins
Plus, could hire Malone too.

I cant see Kings turning down a top5 pick+Vuc type of deal once DMC request a trade
They could easily turn that down. He's not an impending free agent. Vuc and a top 5 isn't worth it. Hell, fans from other teams have been throwing garbage deals at the kings for weeks for the number 6. Apparently, moving up one spot and adding in a far inferior big gets you the leagues best center.
Lets assume that on of the Kings or Magic get a number 3 pick and the other stays at 5 or 6. The Magic could send Vuc and the pick (and Harkless if necessary) while taking on the salary of either Landry or Thompson.
So now the Kings get a top 5 pick, Vuc, Harkless, and immediately cut 9M in 2015/16 (11M w/o Harkless)
Then you have:
(Mudiay/Russell) - Collison - McCullum
McLemore - Stauskus
Gay - Harkless
Porzingis - Harkless
Vuc
Including the draft picks (4M and 4.5M) you would then have about 56M committed for 2015/16. That leaves about 10M in cap space to add a FA for backup bigman (Amir Johnson/Brandon Wright) or take on salary for a draft pick. Not a bad rebuild/reload

IIf Wilt and Kareem can be traded, so can any player, including Cousins. IMHO that's all Karl was saying.

Would love to somehow swing a deal to bring him to Washington. Reunite him with his buddy Wall. Could even start a catchy campaign, DC2DC.

If he does get moved, I just hope it's to the east somewhere besides Chicago, Cleveland, or Atlanta. The conferences desperately need some balance and the east needs some more true "contenders" for the conference championship.

You can remove Orlando from the equation. Boogie is represented by Dan Fegan and there's still bad blood between he and the Magic FO over the Dwightmare.

What about you guys resign LeBron and give up Kyrie and LeBron for him? Cuz you should give up the butt right? Why the hell would the wolves give up that much, Cousins might not even be better than Towns when talking about fit with the current minnesota roster.

No way I do this if I'm the Wolves. The Kings would be crazy not to. Of course their homers will say that this is a bad offer. This is an excellent offer, total overkill imo.

Re: Both Kings And Cousins Hinting At Possible Offseason Trade.
Nene + Beal + Webster + 1st round pick for Cousins + Jason Thompson.
Nene is an expiring deal, Beal would be part of the franchise and they can build around him. Webster is in there to get the salaries to match.
For the Wiz, it gets them out of having to pay Beal big time money, they're probably going to have to find a way to make Cousins and Gortat work in the front court. Still have the cap space next offseason to after Durant and other pieces.
PG - Wall
SG - ?
SF - Durant
PF - Cousins
C - Gortat

Lmao look at all these trade proposals, nothing is happening this season. Vivek is a horrible owner and Shaq isn't going to sell his ownership unless he gets a good return on it.

lol, Cousins is established as a top 2 center in the NBA (him and Marc Gasol) and will probably over take Gasol for the best center in the league. Towns has a lot of potential, but thats all it is at this point, potential

No, the Wolves certainly won't sell the bank for a C almost leading the league in turnovers per game and refusing to defend when not pleased with other teammates effort.
Let him go to the Knicks or whatever. Wolves probably wouldn't even offer their 2015 1st for him.
The hell you talking about Cousins is an elite defender and one of tge best defensive anchors if you've never seen him play don't make a bold statement like that.
Some of you are just crazy man the first two pages of trade talk were comical teams will sell the farm for him deal with it.
