*Note, I don't have Jimmy playing 46 possible mins. Just that depending on who is on the court, there will be times when he is the 3. If Noah's not "right," give more mins to Taj.

He said it'd be 9 deep, he didn't say the roles guys will have. He may ride the hot hand if Niko has it going at the 4, just relax for once for God's sake.

I agree. Thibs always plays the better player. Always.

There is zero reason to think he would play guys like Noah, Kirk, or Niko out of position.

Silly people.

He's shown a willingness to adapt yet people refuse to acknowledge this and resort to old arguments.

Is he perfect? No but he's a damn good coach.

Is he bad? No, but he's some damn bad flaws.

Exactly.. all I see are people condemning a man for something they think he might do in the future. I mean it's really easy in hindsight to say "Thibs should not be starting Noah, and Thibs shouldn't be afraid to hurt his feelings".. yeah, I get it. But seriously, when does everybody think this move should have been made? The FO basically dictated the starting lineup with their moves in the offseason. Was Thibs supposed to bench the HOFer or the reigning DPOY, 1st Team All NBAer and all star? Which one? and more importantly, WHEN? Noah seemed to be getting better and more mobile, started to jump again... and then he lost it all again.. so, not sure what the hindsight 20/20 head coaches would have done but... IDK.. just sayin

and after everything this team has gone through this season, physically and emotionally, everybody needs to take a step back and realize that 50 wins is one HELL of an accomplishment this season. It really, really freaking is

Not starting your 3rd best PF at PF going forward is not hindsight.

Regular season is done. Great job. Now maximize the roster. Which I assume he will do. Even though history suggests he doesn't suddenly learn between regular season and the playoffs.

But I will assume Thibs will make the best decisions to maximize the Bulls chances.
