Its not like I'm cheering against the Raptors. I just think the Wizards are going to win. I would love to be wrong.

But every time a pessimist predicts a loss and they're right, there's no joy in being right... they just die a little more inside. The truth is, it's tough to be pessimistic. You sacrifice your innocence and joy in being pessimistic. If you're wrong there is only relief instead of true exaltation. Being a pessimistic is a road paved with few rewards.

I actually am pessimistic about this series, so I'll try not to be too negative about it IF come next week we find ourselves in a dogfight, or if we can't put them away after a 3-1 series lead.

Suffice to say, if we pull this out I'll be relieved more than happy. I don't think I'd experience true joy unless we beat the Cavs. Beating someone who is CLEARLY favoured against you...that is true sweetness. But beating someone on your own level or you're slightly expected to beat, that's relief more than anything.
