So, can we all agree that for his size Harrison is a marginal defender?

I can't disagree more. Harrison's ability to move his feet and stay in front of his man is fantastic. He's able to maintain a degree of aggressiveness and he switches quickly and is able to be effective against whomever he switches onto. At this point he's the 4th best defender on the team after Iggy, Bogut and Green and ahead of Klay and Curry. Which is a tremendous testament to how good a defensive team we are.
