Awful 4th quarter but a learning experience. The team actually dominated and the defense was good. Think the team should make ADavis shoot rather than take it to the basket. Good to say the usual sort of performance.

I don't think GS got overconfident. I think they just stank when Curry wasn't on the floor. Some of it was also just luck. LB missed 3 layups that he normally makes - just one of those nights. I don't expect that to continue.

One positive from the game was the refs weren't allowing defenders to hold players who were setting up to come off back-screens. If that is consistent throughout the playoffs it will really help the splash bros.

It was good. Not as loud I thought as last year. But still good. Fans stood the last 2 minutes, and sporadically through the game.

On the walk back the BART there was a group of fans who high-fived me for having a Calbert Cheaney jersey. That was cool.

I think it being a saturday noon game changed the timbre of the event a bit... made it slightly tamer.

Lots of room for improvement for Monday night's game.

Need to address how the team should attack on offense when Steph sits. I think some minutes for Speights should come when Livingston is out there. They have that chemistry and most likely Klay will be out there when Steph sits. It seems as though one of Curry and Klay will be on the floor at all times.

I thought Bogut was brilliant tonight.

Iguodala was ok, but to often he forgot about Pondexter.

I liked Ezelis activity and think his length could be used for a few minutes on Davis. I like that Kerr will match Festus up with Ajinca who has something like a 7'7" wingspan or some ish. But I think Festus can give more.

Overall since we didn't shoot the ball great and also missed a ton of free throws the defense was good overall. And Davis is just that good.

We have to do a better job on Pondexter......just can't forget about him

Pretty pissed how often the refs let Cole mug Curry...I mean he nearly made love to him on the floor with no whistles....it was particularly embarrassing with Steps mom in the crowd.

Bogut was excellent overall but he dropped two passes inside that he should have caught. He and Curry and Green were good, but all three can be even better.

Good to see we took care of Game 1. Had to listen on the radio as I was driving back home from out of state.

The first game is usually the one the road team can steal way more often than Game 2. Hopefully going forward we won't let our guard down or be surprised.

Bogut looked like he 20 yrs old again this game. He's been purposely playing at 60% effort from coach and doctors orders this season and readying himself for this playoff run. Love his high post passing and screening at the moment, it's a thing of beauty and reminds me so much of Vlade and C Webb's Sac town days.

That's such a random jersey to own. Something to hang in your home bar room for sure.

The only chance the pellies have is to play Davis at center and spread the floor.
Most 4th Quarter Points in Final since 1991
1995 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5
2000 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5 (61.1% TS)
2015 Stephen Curry 10.8 (75.1% TS)
1997 Michael Jordan 10.7 (55.1% TS)
1998 Michael Jordan 10.6 (50.6% TS)
2011 Dirk Nowitzki 10.3 (68.0% TS)

Nah keep it. It'll be hilarious after we've won our 6th championship and the years of complete abject misery in supporting this franchise has washed away.

I expect a few rought edges (a little bit more even officiating and the better free throw shooting which we are accustomed to) and this is eaily a double-digit victory. Time to get some of the kinks out and get used to playoff intensity once more. I'm sure we''l be fine and Kerr will get us in the right frame of mind we need to be. This is a long haul guys to the end of the mountain so don't expect us to come out like gangbusters from the start (although we almost did).

If you say so.

Hack a Bogut and Hack a Igoudala should be in every opposing coach's gameplan. Free throw shooting outside of Steph and Klay has been poor.

No problems with Hack a Bogut/Igoudala if teams want to put us in the bonus quickly.

The problem was Curry and Thompson missing FT's... they shot 55% from the line... when they usually shoot around 90%.

I think we stunk when bogut was off the floor, all of a sudden giving up defensive rebounds and ad had his way inside when bogut wasn't there

Yup.

Van gundy mentioned this a lot. Start Anderson and have Davis at the 5 taking bogut right out

Did Dray sprain his ankle? I wonder what his status will be going forward...

I think we stunk when bogut was off the floor

Curry: +20
Bogut: +8

Hence:
-13 when Curry off
-1 when Bogut off

That +8 is nice when you consider how much time Bogut was on the floor while Davis was.
