Antoine Griezmann said he is thriving under Diego Simeone's demands that he contribute in all facets of play and felt he still had plenty of room for improvement during his first season with Atletico Madrid.
"[Simeone asks me] to press, to be with the defense, then to be in attack and to have the ball, to pick up the rhythm of the game... and to score goals," he said. "I feel a more complete player, feeling better all the time. I am very confident and hope to learn more still. I am just 24, and for sure I will learn more. And I hope that as I learn more, I will play better."
Griezmann came from Real Sociedad in a €30 million transfer.
