LP would have to waterproof his computer so his drool didn't short circuit it during games.

Lol. Parsons would he fantastic on this squad.

You are sitting in a puddle just thinking about it aren't you.

We dump Lance for a shooter and a prospect. Suns dump Marcus (felony assault charge) for Lances short deal and include a prospect as sweetener.

Marcus's contract is until 2019 at 5 million per year.

Don't those two fall apart when they are separated? I thought I heard something about them taking less to stay together because of their need to be around each other.

They fit well together. Both are high IQ players one is a stopper the other can score. It would seem to make perfect sense. As much as I thought Hayward was perfect fit wise, and he was, maybe we should have gone after Parsons since Houston let him go.

I think that would be too many PF's.

maybe Lance for Morris Bros and their pick this year. then we package both 1sts to move up as much as possible.

Kemba-MKG-Keef-Zeller-Someone would be interesting if Cliff would be flexable enough.

Weren't the Morris bros just charged with assault beating the hell out of a man for texting their mom? Yeah, no thanks

That is a worse shooting team than we had this year. Just not sure that would work well for us.

I could see them going against Lance and PJ for the tag team titles in the locker room.

Well, the Hornets' trade restriction against Gordon Hayward will be lifted draft day.

Get it done, Cho!

thats why I dont want Markieff, its just a weird fit. If they go emo when they're apart I guess we just have to find somewhere else to dump Lance.

or if Cliff is feeling extra crazy

Made some changes. Better rim protection in both groups and still gives Zeller enough help on offense. Most teams don't use a true backup center so Noah can get by. If we could find a way to drop Al and go after Danny or Gerald Green for that first unit I would be thrilled. Bring back Mo for the second and we are a much stronger team.

  I feel we do have some options on draft day to move Lance and get a quality player in return.

1. #9/ Lance to Indiana for #12 (Miles Turner)/George Hill?
2. #9/Lance to OKC for #14( Sam Dekker)/Lamb/MCGary?
3.#39/Lance to LAL for #27(Deion Wright)/Young

1. ties up $20M in PG and gets us a project big - just don't think that is smart
2. Lamb and McGary are solid additions and Dekker can backup MKG - best of the group and I think I would do this
3. Young is just as much of a pain as Lance and not as liked by peers - I think this is a very bad idea and would not touch it

The Rondo trade is an even bigger disaster than Lance was. All we gave up was 2 years of cap space to sign Lance, they gave up picks and players to sign Rondo.

They gave up Wright and Jae Crowder and only one pick. Rondo is gone so no real harm done after this year. Crowder is doing well for Boston though. Dallas needs to retain Ellis now.

Lance was always a low risk move. We signed him to a shorter deal than anyone possibly imagined.

With Chandler down they miss Crowder. He brought some toughness and defense to that team.

Rondo screwed this season for the Mavs, so there was definitely some harm done. That said it changes things in the free agency landscape. I think the Lakers would have stayed away from Rondo had he kept his head down and performed as expected. Now that he's tanked his value they'll likely be interested. That could have an effect on the draft board as well, because with Clarkson being a pleasant surprise and the good possibility of signing Rondo to a reasonable deal the Lakers might not be interested in Russell or Mudiay. That means depending on who the 76'ers pick there's a decent possibility one of them slides to 6. It's good new for the Kings and Winslow (who could go as high as 4 to the Lakers now).

He seems to like being here. Hopefully that translates into lots of hard offseason work and a better year next year.
