Smyly is coming off an injury so he's going to be on a pitch count probably

Let's keep it going, 2/3. Need to keep beating these AL east teams.

Almost every matchup against Tampa isn't going to look good.

I just hope we don't get swept. Taking anything from that team in that horrible place is a bonus.

I hope our offence can carry over to this series.

I dunno, the matchups don't look too bad to me. Tampa is offensively challenged which should help Buerhle and Dickey. And Norris is due for a good game.

Archer is phenomenal but Buerhle should keep us within striking distance.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

I expect Buerhle to pitch with a little extra today. If you recall him and Archer had an argument while they were both in the dugout last series.

Hopefully its a good pitchers duel.

We probably have one of the worst rotations in baseball, it's never going to look that good against anybody.

But as far as this one goes, it looks fine to me. In theory, the Jays should pound lefties all year (and they really haven't faced many of them so far). And they should do better against TBA than last time, right?

Perhaps Archer throws at someone tonight. As long as there is nobody hurt on the visiting 9, go for it... wouldn't mind an extra baserunner.

We crushed TBA last time. I think it was Erasmo Ramirez. Only game we won in the series.

I thought that scrub reliever Andriese was TBA. In any case, unless Alex Cobb makes an unexpected comeback for that one, the Jays should be all right.

There were basically two bullpen starting slots last series, although Santoki's right that the listed TBA game going in was the Erasmo Ramirez start that we won. This time the TBA is most likely going to be Andriese and co. rather than Erasmo and co.

Jays and Raptors both play today. Only one can win. Who pulls it off?
