I love Val, but if a Val, Ross, PickS can somehow get you DMC, you go for it no questions ask

This was the absolute best thing that could have happened to this franchise going forward. There should be no fooling anybody now about what this coach and this group of players are.

Need a new starting PF and a new SF.

Offer Amir 8-9 million for a 2 year deal to be the backup 4/5... If he doesn't take it, move on.
Need to move Ross.

I wouldn't resign Lou unless he accepts something really cheap. But with his year, some team will offer him 6-8 million a year. I wouldn't match that.
