If this is true, then it would explain the whole situation. And JJ would be absolutely right.

Interesting tweets for sure. JJ doesn't seem like the guy to keep quiet either, so not far fetched. Unsubstantiated gossip though.

There are only 2 teams in the league that rank in the top 6 in offensive and defensive efficiency: the Golden State Warriors and the Toronto Raptors.

The second tweet nails the whole situation on the head in my opinion. You could just tell these guys got WAY too comfortable midway through the season.

The days of catching teams by surprise were long gone after about twenty five games. Good teams started to game plan hard for them and probably were treating them like a threat - a playoff team (which in all fairness they were).

This team was built on guys who played together, made the extra pass, and had a massive chip on their shoulders. Should be interesting to see what happens in the offseason.

We have Terrence Ross as a starter! Yikes.

Something must be going on that JJ didn't get more playing time.

The way these bums regressed playing D was really hard to watch.

At this point I'd have no problems with trading anyone. Masai get busy.

The last 2 months, man it's been tough.

This was BS, but not making playoff sucked more. This is fresh and seems more embarrassing than anything else. Now have 6 roster spots open, $22M+ in cap space. I'll take this embarrassment and work the f!@# to get passed it. Win and this will disappear. But unfortunately, who will lead? I'm embarrassed at the defeated body language, the constant whining to the refs, etc... we don't have that maturity to be okay when we're up or down. I don't like that all and it was all year long! #OnlyBringBackSeven

I'm no gossip expert but hear me out,

We know from the past that JJ/Casey had issues, as much as they may try to hide them something may have occurred during that time where those two could have started disliking each other again. JJ came into the season in a lot better shape, I noticed as the year went by and his mins regressed, he seemed to have kept getting out of shape, you can clearly tell when he was with the Grizzlies/beginning of this year to now.. he def has put on some weight. Maybe he lost his passion or respect for Casey to just not give a crap anymore? Hayes has been noticed on twitter to go against Casey in some way and perhaps those fake rumours have some truth to them. Maybe JJ was told to just be quiet, and I respect him for that cuz he didn't say one bad word during the time he didn't get pT, clearly we could have used him but Casey hardly played him.

Will be interesting to find out

It seems that Demar uses everything for motivation/fuel, yet it never really translates over. He's still the same player he's been since his first year in the league, just with more PT and USG%. Also, what happened to him using Pierce's comments as motivation? That worked out real well.

Just generic athlete responses. No meaning, just broken record drivel.

EDIT: And Demar isn't any different from a lot of athletes. They just rarely say anything substantial.

You guys should check out Hoops Hyper twitter. Apparently no one is safe but Lowry and Vasquez. Hopefully Masai is right on this one cause I want Vasquez gone asap.
