Amir Johnson is a free agent and the guy I'm most interested in. Glad to see I'm not the only guy interested in him.

Every team is open to trades in the offseason. Every team (except for the champion) needs to get better. So of course Toronto will be looking for trades.

The question of whether or not they will be doing a full fire sale or not is another question. And I think most teams (except Philly) realize that isn't the best way to fix a team. Smart incremental steps can work as well. Toronto has been in the playoffs the last couple of years - they don't need to get crazy.

I can't see them blowing it up. They'll be disappointed with the sweep, but they're still a playoff team.
They need to get a starting SF and PF, but they some cap.

I'd be happy to snag Amir, but he'll stay in Toronto I think.
Derozen would have been a good option before Reggie got here, now he's not the greatest fit. We'd be better served trading for a legit SF if one becomes available.

DeRozan has less value for us anyway... his primary skill is getting to the line. With the FT shooters we have, getting into the penalty earlier isn't as useful (although Jackson is a very good foul shooter, he doesn't draw that many fouls).

Ross is the only guy on there roster that interests me. I'd trade a first that's top 20 protected for him but nothing more. Not saying the Raptors would do it but that's the most that I would give (and that might be too much). We need players that can shoot and defend and the Raps have neither.

I'd love to take a flier on Patrick Patterson. He's obviously not a world-beater, but he can do a number of things that would make him a great fit. He can stretch the floor effectively, executes offensively/doesn't turn the ball over, and plays decent defense. My only question is how does he defend on the perimeter?
