That shot right there was insane.

That game was the most emotionally invested I have been in one of our games since the Kidd/Carter era.

And Joe Johnson didn't play perfectly but man watch that game again. Joe hit some bombs during the course of that game.

I am proud of the Nets. They fought and won. Finally the team we wanted to see all year has shown up

Such an awesome moment. Through all of his struggles and disappointment for us as fans, we've all wanted the best for him. To see him confident. I'm really happy for him, even though it's just one game. Just to see him look like that.

This post and sig combination is hilarious.

Well... well... well... that was a f'cking awesome basketball game from the end of the 3rd quarter until the end. The Hawks didn't know what was hitting them. They recovered, made it a game, tested the Nets... who went blow for blow with them. There a ton of moments that should have given goosebumps to Nets fans. Me personally, I get a hard on for Bogdanovic, so when he pulls his quick trigger and hits, it's an awesome spectacle. I also liked his decisiveness in some drives, kicked the ball out, the guy just looks like someone that has a lot more to give.

Deron Williams was amazing... and it's incredible to think how he goes so long looking dead in the water, to then have that sort of performance? So crazy. Just like that, he elevated his averages to 13.3 ppg, 47 3pt%. A cool 6 rebounds and 6 assists. He deserved to hit that shot at the end of the 4th, had a good look... ended up leaving a lot of time and almost costing the W.

He was an human highlight reel, outside of the crazy threes, these two were my favourite ones:

Regardless of what happens in Game 5, Net fans should show up early and support the team. There were a ton of empty seats in the first quarter and the atmosphere didn't feel much like a playoff game - understandable in a way considering how underwhelming this team has been.

Later in the game the noise and support was good.

The 7pm start time was kind of rough during the weekday, a lot of people were probably on their way to the game. I didn't even get home til 7:30 so i missed most of the 2nd qtr, imagine working 9-5 and trying to make that game lol.

Re: Deron, notice how last night he was actually demanding the ball and attempting to muscle Jeff Teague. In crunch time he usually wants no part of the ball, last night he was coming for it.

We should seriously be up 3-1 or even god forbid, the series would be over had he shown up like this in the last 3 games. The Hawks have not dominated us at any time during this series, but we have looked like the better team in 3 straight games. If D-Will plays with confidence like he did last night, he won't even have to score 30 pts, just playing aggressively and attacking will be enough to trash Atlanta's defense and we can then dominate them with the 1-5 pick and roll. Their asses are grass if D-Will doesn't dog it.

Ill be offended if he misses out on all-rookie second team. Just wait till he get a little more experiance under his belt and start getting the respect from the officials aswell. He has the potential to be Harden-like efficiency player ( Not saying he will be on Harden level) with scoring around 20 points on 8-10 shots . He hasnt gotten to the line enough in the NBA yet. Even today he had very efficient game, if you take away the shots he was forced to take due to getting the ball with 1-2 second on the shot clock.
I truly like that he doesnt shy away from the spotlight and big time plays. That 3pter he made today in the overtime was truly BIG TIME.
We need more that kind of players on our team tho.

Guy is playing with confidence and a very smooth/effecient player. I agree the referees have given him hard time throughout the season with some travel calls, but he'll get more respect time. His shot motion is so quick, very similar to Klay Thompson's.

Yea these 7:00 starts are the worse. I'm home by 7:40-75 each night assuming I leave work on time. I work 9-6, takes me half an hour to walk to penn, an hour train ride then 10 minute drive time. On standard 7:30 games I miss the first few minutes which I can deal with. I'm missing the whole 1st and half the 2nd on 7:00 games.

I know many people who also work 9:00-6:00. 8 hours plus an hour for lunch. It's not super easy to get there by 6:30 or so allowing yourself enough time to get through the most stringent and timely security process in the league.

With that being said thankfully Friday's game is at 8:00. I'm going to it and will have plenty of time to get there before tip

It's larely due to the fact fans only travel to games by bus or train. Coming from work, I've never been able to get to Barclays on time due to rush hour.

Makes sense. I actually only mentioned it because on Saturday, I noticed the same thing, with tons of empty seats at the start of the game. They filled up quicker though. Just looked like a random regular season game.

Speaking of fans, what happened to Beyonce and Jay-Z? Have the famous fans jumped off the bandwagon?

They've been in attendance this season as always.

My friend Chris asked me if it was loud in the arena cause he said it sounded dead on the TV, but I thought the joint was straight rockin'.

I heard they moved to L.A. so they're not around as often.

You went to the game?

As usual the arena wasn't full until the end of the 1st quarter.

I thought it was loud on the TV in the 2nd half. People were really into it.

I haven't gone to a game this season but if the security is still the same, it wouldn't surprise me if it took everyone an extra 15-20min to get to their seats after arriving.

Yeah, Meer and me rolled. Was having issues with my Internet in there though. Kept getting kicked off their wifi and it feels like they block your provider to where it slows to a crawl so you have to use their wifi.

Didn't really seem "loud" to me watching on TV until the 4th quarter when the game really hit another level. Towards the end and in OT, THEN the crowd really came alive.

Nice.
