Your seriously going to roll with this straw man argument? okay. The fear is that he gets injured in a game that doesn't matter to the Wolves. But, hey you are arguing that the risk of Andrew Wiggins getting injured walking into a gym is the same as playing organized competitive basketball. I didn't realize gyms were so dangerous. See, straw man arguments just lead nowhere.
Do you think NBA players just forget what basketball is over the summer? Even if he doesn't play for the NT, he's going to play pickup, Pro-Ams, etc, all of which will be significantly less organized and equipped to deal with injuries than a national team practice/game.
