I think there are 5-7 clearly better players at that spot.

You have to take two things into account. First, he's the best player at that position and its a thin draft for NTs. Second, it would take two teams to make the trade, us and a team that sees a player that want at 7 that is picking within the 8-12 spots. and not to mention NT is probably our biggest need since we don't have one

It's still a reach, which is bad policy. Fangio never used traditional space eating nose tackles in SF anyway. Amd I think there will be good value at that position in the second round. I just wouldn't do it. I think there are much higher impact players we could take.

With the titans looking to trade their 2nd pick Id like us to get it while keeping our 2nd and 3rd and hopefully get Jalen Collins Jordan Phillips and Randy Gregory with those picks and Leal Collins in the the later rounds. Hopefully we somehow get Brett hundley as well
