Memphis Depay finally heading to United.
Now we just need that Palermo president to shut up about Dybala.

£22m for Depay in the current market could prove to be pretty solid value, assuming the rumoured fees are true. Where will he play, though? In Mata's position? Van Gaal will probably try to play him in goal.

Rumor is that he was meeting with Madrid. I don't see that working unless they drop Bale

I think the story goes on to say Pogba's agent just went to the Real Madrid team hotel to meet some people. Wouldn't read too much into it.
It's insane to see a 22 year old can turn down 15M per year... what the hell would a pay raise look like.

Well you've got to keep the tax systems in mind.
In England, Spain and Italy, football players are considered artists and are able to pay a very low amount of taxes.
In Germany it's about half of your money for taxes and France is just brutal, given that they've got a huge "high end" tax.
For example, Gignac makes €6 M at Marseille, but suppoesedly only keeps €1.5 M after taxes.
Judging on that example he'd make about €4 M after taxes in France, if those numbers are real.

That 75% tax for millionaires only ran until Febuary or so.

Fair to say Rooney to Galatasaray soon. His family is already Gala fans.
