As of now the Johnnies have this in place,

Jordan
Balamou
Stewart
Alibegovic-Williams
Obekpa-Sima

They need players badly.

Durand Johnson (Pitt transfer) just committed to St. John's as well. JUCO wing, Ron Mvouika as well. So they're up to nine players. They pick up those two Euro kids and another graduate transfer and they're ready to rock for the year.

I also think Diallo made a mistake. He's going to play platoon minutes with bigs who have no pro futures, because that's what Self does. Could have gone to St. John's and immediately been a wrecking crew with Obekpa in the paint.

SJU also has Tariq Owens and Malik Ellison will commit on Friday

A guard (Mussini, Lovett Jr, Eli Cain) and Papagiannis for the last 2 scholarships isn't bad

Looks like Brown to UK. Wonder what the spacing will look like for them.

Yeah not sure how a Ullis/Briscoe/Brown/Poythress or Marcus Lee/Skal lineup is ideal for his playing style

Anybody know why Jamal Murray is ranked 21st in 2016? Seems kind of low considering he's been head and shoulders the best player on the court against elite players his age in the last few all star type games

Because it is a high school game and production in a high school game doesnt dictate draft position. Bit of a tweener at the moment, is going to need to work on his point guard skills, doesnt bring any great tools to the table as far as length or athleticism. No reason he should be ranked high at this point.

California is a nice spot for Brown.

Mathews-Chauca
Wallace-Singer-Jolly
Bird-Domingo-Dillard
Brown-Moute a Bidias
Rabb-Rooks-Okoroh

He should be able to shine surrounded by shooters and with Rabb as a Center.

Shocking how many players passed on Uk..guess it was just one of those fluke years where a lot of the top players felt more comfortable elsewhere though if you look at the 247 predictions Uk isn't the leader for any of the top 10..

a lot of the kids in this class all seemed to have ideal fit for themselves in mind when picking and not necessary signing with the biggest and best schools. Its a smart move.

I agree which I think is a good sign..though the skeptic side of me says how does California get that kinda class without something fishy happening

when Cal was in the running for Swanigan I could see that but Rabb staying home and Brown (who loves California in general) wasn't that shocking to me.
