Thought out of left field.

Randy Gregory being 6'5" makes me think he will not have any problem putting on weight. But for Arguments sake lets say he doesn't get to where he would needs to. To be useful on the line.

Darren Woodson was a linebacker who even played a couple games as a down lineman coming out of college. He ended up being moved to safety, then he was also the guy that announced the draft pick of Gregory. The Cowboys aren't afraid to experiment like this as we unfortunately have seen through the years. But with my out of left field thinking. If he has the range, would this be a possibility if they don't/cant beef him up enough?

No matter what I think if Gregory keeps his head on straight, there are plenty of possibilities for him on this team.

If he's moved off the line it will be at LB.

If Gregory has trouble keeping on the weight (which I doubt he will) he will like end up being a career situational pass rusher.

no I don't figure he will. I think they can bulk him up which makes all this moot. Just a thought that hit me, with Woodson calling his name. So just put the thought out there is all. (kinda in the form of Chancellor)
