What are you talking about? We're going to the Conference Finals, and I like our chances there - maybe even to go all the way! Woo Hoo! Rock the Red!

Wait, this isn't the Caps board?

Sorry, you're right. Everything is awful. Everything is screwed when you're a fan of this team.

Finally, somebody sees the light! I mean the darkness.

Will someone *please* turn off that blasted light down there at the end of the tunnel! I can't see the damn tunnel!

Not trying to sound ridiculous, but does this definitely put him out of the series? Or, is there any possibility of splinting it and having him play through it?

I don't see any way that could work with a guy like Wall. MAYBE if it was someone like a Chris Andersen or just a pure catch-and-shoot guy. But for Wall to be of any use to the Wizards, he needs to be able to handle the ball, and I don't see how that could be possible with five fractures in his left hand. The Hawks would just force him to use that hand and the turnovers would accumulate fast.

Damn it. I wanted:
A) For us to win and go to ECF to help swallow the notion of EG sticking around, or;
B) Fall on our faces which at least leads to EG/Whittman getting canned...

But no
C) We lose in 6 and EG blames injuries ...gets extension.

DAMN IT

Of COURSE it's worse than expected.

We're the freaking Wizards. It HAD to be worse than expected.

If he's out for the playoffs, can we sign another player, and if so, who?

They changed the rules since last century. No injury list - just a 15 man roster with up to 13 active. Maybe they'll activate Bynum.

Argggggg, just when we had the perfect storm of the East sucking, Love being out for Cleveland, and Chicago looking shakey.

Let's look on the Brightside

It's not his knee, its not his Achilles, its not his leg, not his shoulder

nothing that requires months of rehab

It would be catastrophic to lose someone to an injury like that at this stage of the season!

I hope the last 3 or 4 games of this season, no one gets hurt
