I figured that would happen. The Cowboys are so HUGE down here in Texas/LA/OK. Even though San Antonio is closer to Houston then Dallas - Dallas is king- game days - everywhere you go Cowboys jerseys (I don't think I have ever seen a Texan jersey) = High School football in this state is unreal - and they all dream of playing for the Cowboys - that extends to LA, and OK.

Rich got richer- already had the best OL in the NFL.

That's Jones style to do something like this. Ted WAY TOO conservative, he would have to think about it for some time= then evaluate it and ask his assistants................

Dallas has Greg Hardy, La'el Collins, now they have to get Adrian Peterson or Ray Rice and make it a trio.

Jones is a lot like Al Davis - kind of a rebel in the league and will take chances on players. If you remember Dez had some issues coming out. They took a chance in the 2nd round with Randy Gregory this year- some had him going top 10. Collins may be completely innocent? The Hardy signing did not go over well down here in TX. It was a PR nightmare for Jones. If you remember Hardy's accuser didn't testify and decided to have it settled in civil court - she went for the $MONEY! That's when Jones moved in and signed Hardy.

Jones like Davis has kind of that "if your not cheating your not trying" = not unlike what the Pats get caught doing now and then. If the Vikings really suck to start this year, I could see the Boys making a blockbuster trade for Peterson.

Def different strategies.

Could you imagine the best case scenario for the Cowboys?

Byron Jones, Randy Gregory, and La'el Collins

They swung for the fences. If those rookies work out and Hardy comes back..........look out.

Didn't see much on him. That LT we brought in (Fabbians Ebble) is 6'8" and 315. I don't if that frame can hold up in the NFL. I mean Tyson Smith is 6'5" 320.

That would be insane.

Jones didn't get to be a Billionaire by being a puss. I like the moves. It's not like these guys are felons. He takes chances- kind of like Cuban -it's Texas baby, this isn't GB or Milwaukee. like Al Davis used to say "just win baby" - I like Ted overall, but he is a dear in the headlights looking dude and missed on Moss (to the Pats) and is a little too conservative. Don't get me wrong track record is good, but grow a set.
