Myth. Show me just one example of Hezonja being rude to his teammates, opponents or anything like that. I shall be waiting for you to back up your claims. If you can of yourse

Probably has some good contracts offered to him. But as someone who has followed Euroleague and ACB for years and also seen him play many games with Brazil's national team, let me say that you do not want him. You want nothing to do with him. And trust me on that.
I agree that he is not good enough to be your starting PG, but coming off the bench?Mirotic12 wrote:and he is crazy streaky
TRUTH, unfortunately.Mirotic12 wrote:It's kind of sad really that NBA is signing guys like Hertas or Prigioni, when there are many points guards in Europe that are way better than them.
Agreed. Are you a fan of Federico Mussini, the 19 year old Italian? He is only 6'1" but he is a good ball handler and plays basketball like Michel Platini played football - a knowledge of everyone's position and a great passer.

You sound very knowledgable about the Euro game. What is your opinion of these players (all of whom I like and believe have potential to be good enough to come off the bench - at least )
Cedi Osman (almost 20 years old - Turkey - plays for Efes Istanbul) SF/SG
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Cedi-Osman-7133/
(^ Always wonder why do they call him a point guard in this report? He passes well but he looks like a forward wing player attacking the paint. He does shoot well of course and passes well enough. Also he is 6'8".)
Aleksandar Vezenkov (20 years old - Bulgaria - plays in Greece) SF/PF
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Ale ... nkov-6429/
His father played for Bulgaria. I think he could be a good SF (probably not a PF).
Guillermo Hernangomez (20 years old - Spain - plays in Sevilla) C
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Gui ... omez-7204/
Played for Real Madrid in limited minutes.
Timothe Luwawu (almost 20 years old (birthday is Saturday) - France - plays in French B League) SG
http://www.draftexpress.com/profile/Tim ... awu-68219/
Zhou Qi (19 years old - China) C (who may end up having a 7'5" wingspan and 9'4" standing reach but weighs only 209)

i dont have time to write some longer analysis but ill try to give my opinion about those guys.
Mussini is still young and i dont see him declaring this year but he lacks size and NBA body and his defense is also below average with not much upside. He is interesting prospect to watch but like most italian prospects , he is good shooter but when you play tighter defense on them they tend to have terrible games(Gallinari,Gentille,Bargnani).
Cedi Osman is interesting prospect and i think he is safe early-mid 2nd round pick.He is not some deadeye shooter, but he can drive and dish, very inteligent player, he is athletic for european standards, good defensive insticts, pretty much i expect him to be some kind of Corey Brewer kind of player with better handles and worse athleticism.
Vezenkov is more of a shooter but i heard he might withdraw from this year draft and sign for some of the European powerhouses and pursue Euro career over NBA.He still might get drafted like draft and stash prospect. In Europe he can be used as stretch 4 option but in NBA i dont see him there unless he grows and inch or two.
Luwawu is interesting guy to watch.I think he can be very nice 3 and D prospect early to mid 2nd round.Out of all french guys declaring i like him the most because of his upside.Athletic, nice lateral quickness, he can defend either wing position, nice wingspan and i could see him making the jump to NBA if drafted, same like Damien Inglis last year.
I dont have much info about Hernangomez but like Mussini, i dont see him going overseas just yet. From what i remember he is more of traditional big men, not a great athlete or defender but have room for growth.

Anway, whole Barcelona system for wingss are only Navarro friendly. All plays are designed to Navarro abilitys and evrey wing is lost under Pasqual, not playing close to his previus performaces as Barcelona one of the most strict systems in europe and much more big man friendly. Their execution of space is best in europe. Great for them, but not good for prospects such as Rubio, Hezonja, Abrines...
How good is Abrines?
Defense?
Offense?
Slashing/handle ability?
playmaking?
Positives and negative qualities about him?

Sorry for late response but i dont think he will leave Barcelona anytime soon.I even heard some rumors few days ago that he is gonna get multi years extension(2019).As a player i kinda never thought highly of him but unless he improves in next few years i dont think that he is worth bringing to OKC.Not much of a defender, he would probably be spot up shooter in NBA, lacks strength to be a slasher(he is like 190-200 lbs SG/SF), solid handles but nothing spectacular that he could run the offense or make some plays.cant create his own shot, streaky shooter.

He might slide to Atlanta if that's the case.

He's talking about Alex Abrines, OKC owns his draft rights already. Hezonja has stated several times that he's ready to come over to the NBA immediately.

I have heard the JR Smith comparison a lot for Hezonja.
I think a better comparison would be Evil Klay Thompson.

190-200lbs LOL, where did you get that info? please if you dont know his weight even remotely close don't just put random numbers.
He was actually at 220lbs 6months ago, and before that even 225(he said that himself i can find you the video if you want)
Idk what is he at atm, but i highly doubt he is below 215.
Can't create his own shot? First time i see somebody says that, im not saying he is great at that but for a guy that young he is pretty solid at it.
Man sometimes it feels, half the people discussing here, went on youtube, watch a 2min clip, and then come spreading their knowledge on the player here. Give me 2 min i'll go discuss Emmanuel Mudiay.
Yea very turnover prone, only 6-3 and 216lbs, i think his conditioning will be an issue in the nba, and his ball handling could use some work.Does he even speak english i see he is born in Kongo, i must say he will have communication issues and i don't think he is ready for NBA

I might've not guessed right, but he certainly doesn't play like he is 220 lbs, he gets pushed around by few inches smaller guards like way too much for my liking, other forwards post him up with ease so i assumed either he flops too much or his weight looks more optimistic than it actually is.I actually saw that info on ACB website so if you are gonna blame anyone, blame them.He is listed 190 lbs there.
Also, i watched Barcelona more than enough this season to see that his points coming mostly from athletic plays and from good ball movement of Barcelona.Several screens leading to open shots for him,Navarro,Hezonja or backdoor cuts.Cant remember last time i saw him create his own shot, 80% of the time he is set up for his shot, other guys are creating for him.

Hezonja is going to jump in the draft. Hearing scouts compare him to T-Mac.

That was nice. Him, along with Mudiay and Porzingis, are the wildcards of this draft.
