you don't know what you had until its gone.

the lakers treated pau so poorly his last few years. He was one of those guys you just don't let go because he's of those rare players who will get old but his skill set will not.

Those were about 3 to 4 amazing years. I especially loved when they pick and rolled on offense.

Pau is a great 2nd option on a contender, having him on our roster all those years was amazing. Can't believe the amount of flack he got while he was here. Here's hoping his injury isn't too bad and can come back to help the Bulls in his current post-season run

I'm probably misremembering, but I want to say that was Pau's first bucket with LA. Pick and roll with Kobe, caught a pass and pirouetted into a dunk. Remember thinking, this is going to be fun. Still miss his skill level. One of my favorite Lakers of all time.

Yeah the game at New Jersey. It was just so much fun because you can't go under the screen with Kobe and you definitely cannot crowd Kobe and leave Pau open. He's looked even better from mid range this season at Chicago but he rarely posts up as much or facilitate from the elbows.

Looking back at those teams we had a 7+ SRS from 2007-2009, its kind of criminal they are barely celebrated as much as they deserve.

Seems like an eternity ago. I miss those days. Best 1-2 punch in the league from 08/10 imo.

Amazing Kobe-Pau compilation

Gotta give a ton of credit to pau too Cuz he had such a great attitude and willingness to be pushed by Kobe's method. I will never forget waiting all day for us to play the nets that night for his debut I was so stoked and pau looked like an MVP caliber player that night in his first game with us...pau a laker for life!
