serious or kidding?
In all seriousness, the fact that this thread hasn't been locked yet shows that the moderators do indeed have a good sense of humor. Also, it shows that the moderators aren't homophobic.
For those two reasons I honestly commend the moderators for not locking this yet. It shows real class. I mean that. I know the thread could be accused of being frivolous or excessively off topic. But, I think it provides good balance to other threads on here. Some people take things too seriously. So

And, I'm not implying that if the thread does indeed become locked that the moderators are homophobic, so I hope no one reads too much into what I said beyond the literal meaning.
Admittedly, I can't tell how serious the OP is... but I kind of like that I can't tell.

I always enjoy those threads and especially the comments from homophobic people. You dont have to state ''no homo'' all the time. If something looks good it looks good. For example i love Ferrari's and i admit that are amazing cars, but doesnt mean that i want one. Even you are gay whats the problem? why you feel so insecure?

I've been told I looked like Rick Fox in the past and boy I sure took it as a huge compliment.

Love Korver by the way but he is not that attractive to me if anything he has weird facial features and jawline. Many make comparisons to Ashton Kutcher but he is not that attractive to me.

not sure what the original quote means...
In regards to second fellow: I appreciate a good defense of millenials, but you skipped a quite a few generations there!!!!
The ""greatest generation" is a reference to people who grew up during the Great Depression and fought during World War II. It's not quite fair to blame them for all the problems of today.
After that you get the baby boomers born after the war from approximately 1945 to 1960.
Then you have "Generation X," or so they are sometimes called, who were born between 1960 and 1980.
The Millenials then were supposedly born between 1980 and 2000-ish.
You can check all of this on Wikipedia. (Ironic I know, like one pop cultural reference commenting on another.)
Lastly, in regards to the 3rd poster who is bashing millenials as spoiled: that's a pretty authority fearing, submissive train of thought to be so self-deprecating in the face of all the problems the 2nd poster accurately pointed out.
It scares me that people still don't get it that we have extremely serious world problems that are historically significant in size and scope. It also a bit bizarre that people still don't realize climate change is the most terrifying problem we face. I guess the anti-science crowd has really reached the mainstream. Nonetheless, the debt and the economic issues we face certainly are high on that list.
Now... this is getting too serious, so back to comic relief please

I feel that this is an extreme overreaction to this playful, innocuous thread.
I'll use this comment to segue to a more general issue:
Speaking of millenials, I feel that we are a tense, anxious bunch. I have this problem also, but try to be self aware of it. It would be interesting to research the nature of the anxiety that has dominated younger people born between the Reagan years and the W. Bush years.
Why can't people accept something as being humorous without it being labeled officially as humorous? And why isn't something that introduces levity seen as beneficial to the group just because it isn't officially labeled as 100% laugh out loud uproarious?
I think some people are generally uncomfortable with the ambiguously comic nature of this thread.

Well, I'm not gay and I don't enjoy joking about gay things so it's just not my cup of tea. Sorry if you interpret this as an overreaction.

I believe Kevin Durant and Rachel Demita are an item. I could be mistaken though. I think I read that or heard that at some point. Rachel is the best part of this thread. I'd rather see more pics of her than some ballers.
Or start a thread who's the best looking WNBA player of all time. While some of them might look like dudes, I would feel a little bit more comfortable with my rankings.

OKC Thunder fan, too.
