So you guys think Towns @ 1 is a lock? I think Mudiya or Russell could jump up there... Especially if Phi gets it.

I will be happy like all of you to just keep the pick, so much riding on this day.

I can't help but wonder the plan Mitch and co have planned in the event that we lose the pick. It's not too hard to crank out a series of plans if we get pick 5, 3, 2, 1 or 4 based on the info available thus far. However, making plans without our pick.

Regardless of realistic odds or personal opinions, what are the options you can take without the pick in hand? Doesn't seem like much

1. Acquire a Lottery Pick or Late Teens with #27 Hou and #34 LAL
2. Be grateful with the #27 and #34 picks
3. Make a Draft Day Trade independent of our picks
4. Go far a major Draft Day Trade (likely means Clarkson + Hill gone)jk
2014: Randle / Clarkson
2015: Russell / Nance
2016: Ingram / Zubac
2017: Top 3 Pick? Fultz, Ball or Bust

If we lose the pick, at least we know that we still have TWO of the top 10 players from last years draft. We also have free agency to look forward to. Anything can happen.

Just want to keep the pick.
As long as we keep the pick, we will get a nice player.

So here we are...did one last Tankathon mock lottery and we lost the pick. Good. Let all the bad stuff get out of the way now so at 5:30 we're ready.

FWIW thanks for everybody who somehow made an awful year entertaining!

watched nbatv last nite and one analyst from nba.com said that the euro C Prozingius or whatever his name is might jump into the top 3. Its weird though, reasoning is because he's a stretch big but that's what Kaminsky is and he's proven but projects to be in 10-13 range.

Listening to the Radio and watching the NCAA Tourney.

My top 3 are

1. Towns
2. WCS
3. Justice Winslow
4. I trade for a proven Veteran

Okafor I say NOkafor I don't think he is the Laker type.

I really like Winslow the best but Towns is bigger and works hard.

WCS is not a good Offensive Player but has a long lanky 7 footer that can protect the Rim
something Okafor cannot do. Like on the Radio he can be like DeAndre Jordan type

Towns hustles so I like him more like a Patrick Ewing type of coordination.

These guys are young and still can develop offensive skills.
