2nd pick.... Please not Okafor.... Minny, take Okafor please.
On Harden being MVP of this season ( I don't even like Harden much)

Man that was intense.... cheers boys. I didn't wanna say anything before but this is so big for our franchise. Things are finally looking up. I don't know if I want okafor over Russell..... but its a good problem to have and I'm confident that the FO will make the right choice.

I actually like the Lakers with #2. Takes a ton of pressure off of the player. LA can’t say they made the wrong choice with the #1 guy gone.

Would just like to say that I did that lottery simulator thing for the first time all season and ended up #2. Still got my boy Russell at the top of my board and stoked that we're in a position to nab him, but can't go wrong with Towns, Okafor, or Russell. What a night!

I think we just got a hell of a lot more attractive to free agents. Clarkson, Randle, and either Towns or Okafur? Who wouldn't want to be a part of that in sunny LA? The future is bright.

My thought is still that the bigs are not ready and will not contribute or have a career as good as the smalls, but you have to go best talent/best asset available mode and pick one of them. This means that we have ourselves a chance to either let them develop or at least flip them early on for a Westbrook or Cousins before their deal expires. I prefer that flexibility and an actual asset over the bull of thinking Hill is worth a pick at every deadline.

This also means Rondo, a room exception wing, and Hibbert should be our goals this summer

Towns would probably be most ideal... I wouldn't mind Okafor, If he can improve his conditioning he can be a monster on both ends.

Russell is too talented to ignore, then there's Winslow who i'm really high on.

Congratulations guys! Much deserved. Hope this pick gets the Lakers back on track. Unfortunately, things did not go as well for us.
