Pretty nerve racking lottery. Didn't want a lot to happen:

OKC move up
MIA move up (ewwww)
NYK move up
LAL move up

All told, minny winning and the Knicks going down to 4 was a happy ending

My reaction after finding out Knicks got #4 after hundred-page threads debating Okafor vs. Towns and all those arguments shielding PMFJ and how he does no wrong and has some master plan for the Knicks:

I was relieved. I had a feeling that we were going to lose our pick. I didn't expect the HEAT to move up at all. I'm pretty content with the results. Lakers needed something good after losing Howard and getting boned in the CP3 deal. I LOVED that Minny won it though. They really need a good string of years. They are poised for something special.

It was pretty boring for everyone that isn't a Knicks/LA fan. Everything fell in order.

Still can't believe the Sixers could've ended with 3 lotto picks if it played out the right way. I'm a pretty big critic of Hinkie but that in itself is impressive.

Philly got unlucky

If Miami won one more game this season, Philly gets that pick
And if the thunder won one more game, Philly would have got the thunder pick

As a lakers fan, I was pretty happy. I was expecting the 4th or 5th pick or to lose the pick to Philly.
Damm espn radio guy actually said the lakers got the first pick
USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team

Proceeds to finish 7th and shames the entire nation!

Threw my ironing board across the living room

Threw a water bottle at the wall as hard as I could and it literally exploded

Didn't move for 2 hrs after in state of depression

5th pick I was saying please no please no

4th pick knew it was coming

Most knicks fans are pretty happy now that it has sunk in that we're getting Mudiay or D'angelo Russell. How can you be a celtics fan and laugh at the Knicks. You're franchise player right now is Isiah Thomas, Knicks will be building around Mudiay most likely.

No, but that's likely who your franchise changer will be after Phil Jackson gets fired by Dolan.

I didn't even know it was yesterday. Maybe its a combination of no massively hyped prospect and my team not being in the lottery.

I think this is the first time I've forgotten about the draft altogether. Which, funnily enough, might make it the first year I'm qualified to work for my team's scouting department.

knicks will finally draft a young franchise player, I'm supposed to be jealous of the Celtics and Isaiah Thomas?

both of you please try harder, you're trying to make knicks fans feel bad and its just not working.

because he had the least exposure of the other 3 prospects because 1. He didn't play college ball 2. He got injured so he only played 12 games. If you had followed the Knicks board then you would know that Mudiay, Towns, Okafor were the big 3 then Russell came out of nowhere and made it a big 4 players with star potential.

Most knick fans regarded this as a 4 person draft, trust me.

and you now get the leftovers. nobody is saying the 4th pick is terrible, its just hillarious because knick fans talked about the #1 all year long - and the lakers get it :hahahaha
