1. Sixers
2. T'Wolves
Distant 3. Lakers
Individually, I rank them:
1. Embiid
2. Wiggins
3. Towns
4. Okafor
5. Noel
6. Russell
7. Clarkson
8. Randle
9. Levine
The top two are quite close for me. I think Embiid and Wiggins are in the same class as prospects, Russell and Towns are in the same class as prospects, but Noel is a class above Levine.
The Lakers trio is a class below. I think Clarkson projects as an average starting guard, and I don't particularly like Randle as a prospect (didn't like him much pre-ACL, don't think the ACL will effect him long term). I like Okafor more than most, but he's not nearly enough to make up the difference between Randle/Clarkson vs. Noel/Russell and Wiggins/Levine.

Where is the Poll?
Individually I'd rank them:
1. Embiid
2. Towns
3. Wiggins
4. Russell
5. Okafor
6. Noel
7. Randle
8. Lavine
9. Clarkson
So for the OP question I'd say 76ers, T'Wolves, then Lakers. But if you include Shabazz Muhammad, T'wolves could be #1.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Among the best defensive players in the league last season; Draymond Green, Kawhi Leonard, and him were only players in top 10 of DBPM, DWS, and DRtg. Also Post AS break he was a 20.0 PER player (105.7 ORtg, 96.5 Drtg), his offense had really come along as the season progressed.

I would go 76ers, Timberwolves, then Lakers. It's going to be tough to score in the paint against the 76ers with those two trees in the middle. Russell can score and facilitate and his weakness defensively gets covered up a bit by Noel and Embiid. Throw in Saric and 4 first rounders next year and the 76ers tanking will have paid off big time. Especially in the weaker Eastern conference.

Re: Embiid Noel & Russell vs Okafor Randle & Clarkson vs Towns Wiggins & Levine
Well My ranking is T Wolves Lakers then 76ers. Why? Because Minni has the best balance of defense and scoring. Towns potential to be a great defender who gives you a lil bit of scoring as well. Wiggins has Lebron like potential plus defense. Levine has potential as a scorer as well. Why LA second? Out of all the players involved Okafor is the most ready to step in and be a first Option. Okafor has also shown potential to play defense when the effort was given. Randle has star potential and last preseason looked like he was headed towards a great rookie season. He could be an Odom type who scores more. He had a decent 15 foot jumper which defenders will have to respect. he's also good at creating off the dribble and finishing under the basket. Clarkson First team all rookie team and as starter for 38 games he avg 15.8ppg 4.2 rebs 5apg 1spg in 32 mpg. those numbers looks like wiggins numbers. (16.9ppg 4.6rpg 2.1apg 1spg in 36mpg) While Russell will be a good shooter and passer he doesn't finish well at the basket and he's not athletic by NBA standards. So theres no way I'm putting him ahead of Okafor Towns Randle or Wiggins. Clarkson is a great finisher and he's decent from outside. he also has a floater and stop pull up jumper. He could have an inside outside game with Randle and Okafor both. Why Philly Last? Embiid has a lot of potential but then theres those injuries. I would probably say he has the highest ceiling of all the players involved but this season will be his rookie season so we'll see. Noel is already a good defender. Offensively he's ok but you're not gonna see much from him there. At least I don't see it yet. Right now the only potentially polished scorer in the philly group would be their perimeter player. I don't think their inside outside game will be as strong as the other two.

Why are we leaving the rest of the Wolves young players?

Assuming he's only comparing the last 3 drafts.
EDIT: Perhaps rookies and upcoming rookies? Idk, again, I'm making an assumption.

If that is the case, why are we leaving out Shabazz Muhammad and Gorgui Dieng?

Re: Embiid Noel & Russell vs Okafor Randle & Clarkson vs Towns Wiggins & Levine
Philly really clearly. They have the 3 best players from the past 3 drafts. Embiid and Russell have superstar potential, and Noel can be a Ben Wallace level defender.
Hard to say who would have the better core between Minny and LA. I want to say Minny, but Zach Lavine is pretty wack. Clarkson isn't a great prospect, might end up being a really good pg like Ty Lawson/Jrue Holiday (best case scenario based on his rookie season and college years) but not a perennial all-star.
Okafor and Randle are also a horrific fit, both guys do not play defense, both guys play deep in the post, and both guys haven't demonstrated shooting range. Towns is a better prospect than Okafor and Wiggins is a better prospect than Randle, so I would say Minny is second.
Philly
Minny
LAL
in that order.
Because he is comparing trios who are most likely to be the foundation for the franchises, not just all the young players on all three teams.

No, in his OP he says.
who will have the best young group of players for the future
So either he doesn't consider Rubio, Bazz, or Dieng young? or he should have said which has the best trio of young players.

Its....pretty obvious he is referencing trios given by the thread title. Not sure why you're arguing semantics, they're all lotto teams they all have more than 3 young players.

Re: Embiid Noel & Russell vs Okafor Randle & Clarkson vs Towns Wiggins & Levine
1. 76ers
Embiid is the best player out of the bunch. He's also a bigman and having a franchise big man is invaluable.
Noel is a great complimentary piece, he and Embiid will both be yearly DPOY candidates, and his offense really came to life the 2nd half of the season.
Russell is the wildcard here, I think he's the perfect fit on the sixers. He gives them the outside dimension of the inside-outside game. He is a very good passer and shooter. His defense is a little shaky but you dont need an elite defender at the PG spot to have an elite defense (look at golden state)
2. Timberwolves
Wiggins is a nice guy to build around.
Towns is the 2nd best big men behind Embiid, he is the 2 way threat the T-Wolves need
Lavine had a pretty iffy rookie year, I'm not very high on him, looks to me like another Gerald Green
3. Lakers
Randle is the worst big men among the bunch, he has no defensive impact you look for, and we still have to see if his offense will transition to the NBA. He can't bully guys as much in the NBA like he did in college. Having said that, he should still be a decent role player.
Okafor is a potential franchise piece, his post game is terrific for his age, it's the defense he has to work on. Luckily for him, there's not that many elite offensive centers that can burn him day in and day out, and it's easier to develop good defense then good offense once you're in the NBA.
I haven't watched much of Clarkson so I won't analyze him, but he looks like he has at least a decent floor.

No, not based off of his question in the OP. Semantics are important otherwise we just leave off good players that are part of the future.

Embiid has proven nothing. Same as Randle.
