Well yeah. Theres a reason professional athletes don't live long. But your average athlete is fine. I think at the end of the day the benefits of exercise outweigh living a sedentary lifestyle. To add to that living a long life is also greatly affected by genetics. Specifically the length of the telomeres which have a fixed amount of times that they can multiply.

telomeres are at the tips of chromosomes in our dna. Everytime our cells undergo mitosis they shrink. They are also susceptible to other things like stress.

man I came out of my gig tonight and got lured into another club on the way home that I normally play. I'm not even drinking because I'm on antibiotics, but arrived to good local normal crowd vs the mex mafia. Tricky situation to physically remove those guys from the place which happened without getting shot or stabbed. Just when I got them pushed out to the street and convinced them to leave some young white f' who just thinks he's tough behind 10 other dudes yells "F you p____s". He got way more **** from me than the other guys. He tried to play tough with me for a minute but that dude was at least as big a P. I hate crowd mentalities, I hate 5' tall 140lb gangstas of all colors who pack and use weapons because they got no chops to fight, and I hate people who need a bunch of other people to be tough. Stupid amateur drinkers on 3 day weekends complicate everything too.

Whatever happens happens. I think she will be ok. Most of the work is running the production which I have no interest in. Then there is the marketing of the products that I can leave to her and gives myself less work to do. It helps me if she does well for the company.

Difficult to hire anyone capable in this country.

There are cases where having low levels of stress can help it grow slightly back, but it still goes back to it being predetermined.

My wife drove through Wimberley on her way back from taking my daughter to the Dr in San Antonio, literally hours before the storm surge wiped out downtown.
She decided not to cross one low water crossing that had a few inches of water flowing over it and went around.

I thought she was being a little silly at the time, but I'm so glad she didn't go through. It's a lesson to me too.

People described a 20' wall of water coming through town.

bruh its legit the album of the year and although i havent listened to it that many times i think it will go down as one of my personal favs of all time too. its just so good.
