Hey, no hate. Clutchfans is just a good laugh.

It's a homer place for pure passion, but also with a lot of inside information. Rumor has it Moray has an account there I don't know. I sometimes go to spurstalk and mavs forum for a laugh too. Be my guest.

Just checked the Mavs forum, their latest post is 'Houston rockets can suck it'. No offense at all that's what rivalry is.

Hey I'm 23.

Dwight is soft, he can't post up anymore, he's a POS, he's lazy and most importantly a career loser.

He was never a post up player. He wasn't lazy, he plays hard, battles through injuries, by far our best player two years in a row in the playoffs.

He is physical sometimes, and a bit childish in retaliating, but he is by no means soft. He singled handedly took that magic team to the NBA finals, won 3 DPOY in a row, leading the league in rebounds and blocks multiple years, #1 pick, max contracts throughout his career, definitely not a loser.

The night belongs to the warriors, no point endless arguing on this crap, so don't quote me, just get out of here please.

Other fans, laugh all you want at Harden. He had a nightmare game, but 3 great ones out of 5. Without him we wouldn't be where we are now. He made a big leap last summer, all we can hope is he makes another one.

All the best beating the Cavs, as you should do, because you represent the proud western conference!

Cheers mate. I may disagree with your views, but you're all class and passion, and I respect that.

I'm still in shock. Moments like this make all those terrible seasons worth it.

Let's have some more playoff battles in the future.

I leave those opportunities to the clippers...sure they want you guys more. We missed out on Spurs two years in a row because of Lillard and CP3, kinda want a big showdown to settle all those debates, and some unfinished business with my brother bombsquardsammy. Anyway, see you guys around in the other game thread, time to go get the Cavs!

Which is why I think he should be called out for refusing to play pick and roll and demanding post touches instead. Dude thinks he's Hakeem or something when he clearly isn't. One of the best PnR finishers in the NBA alongside Harden, one of the best PnR guards in the NBA...and refuses to run it. Good job genius.

He's been slightly more open to PnR in Houston than in LA. In LA it was probably a 8:1 post:pnr ratio.

Yeah, i dont know if Howard's a cheap shot artist, soft, or what, but i'm sure glad we won't be battling with him anymore. He was a handful and it took everything we got to deal with him.

Yeah he might run it a little more, but still not enough. It should be the bread and butter play, the Harden/Dwight PnR. But I think it came out Harden passes to Dwight what like 4 times a game? lol

This has been widely discussed. I even have some stats.
Howard's overall points per possession is 0.98, or #104 overall. Not bad.
53.1% of his possessions are post-ups where he ranks #128 and scores 0.77 PPP. Not great. 20% of those possessions end up with turnovers.
Only 7.1% of his possessions are as the roll man. I realize that does not account for all of his PnRs as this doesn't include PnRs that result in a PG shot or pass to a spot up shooter. But 7.1% seems insanely low, especially considering that he ranks #3 in the leauge with 1.31 PPP!

No way you think Moray doesn't see this from all his number crunching? My guess was there has been some under the table agreement to establish him more as a post player with the help from Hakeem and McHale, which helps him prolong his career. Some say it's selfish, some say it's just him doing the best for his career. Give or take, it's sacrificing now for the better future because for everyone their athleticism has to go down at some point. My guess is he gave it a try, with arguably the best resource he could have, didn't work out too well, now he is thinking about a change.

The fail is on you for implying his only skill is shooting. That's his biggest strength. Of course the majority of his shots will come from outside.

But whatever, I am happy to have this "just a shooter" start on my team.

Like I said he's a shooter, take away his shot n he's irrelevant on offense, he can't playmake, he can't penetrate consistently, he can't get to the rim consistently, he can't carry a team, make his teammates better nor be the first option on a winning team.

Yes, he's a good defender, but not great, overrated in that regard as well, I don't even have him in top 5 defenders out of SG's alone, yet the media trying to say he's one of the best PERIMETER defenders in the game

Warriors fans chanting that Harden is overrated last night, need to check that boy Klay out.

Yea, I will agree with you that klay is an all star version of a 3&D player, but those types of players that are not undersized at SG are exceptionally rare and he is all star caliber. The guy is an elite shooter who scores almost 22 a game in 32 minutes a night while being efficient while doing it and gives big effort on defense. Give the guy his due. Even if his shot is cold he still has to be stuck onto like glue because he can get hot and drop 20 in a quarter.

The best part about him is that Klay is a team player and easy to root for because he is so passionate about the game yet is humble.

Don't really care if he's overrated or not, but there is no other two guard other than harden that I'd rather have the next five years. Warriors with monta instead of klay would not even be in the wcf, IMO.
