I was meat free for my first 17 years because both my parents were vegetarian. Once I got into college and moved out of the family home, I started with fish & chicken, then when I started lifting weights my lunch every day became a turkey sandwich because its tons of protein and easy to prepare.

For religious reasons, I never ate beef or pork until I moved to Texas and its around that time that I started slipping into agnosticism so it became of a combination of things for me to just say screw it and eat everything.

I'm the same religion as Padma Lakshmi and she's made the best burger commercial ever for Carl's Jr.

Steaks are really easy to cook.

-Season it up how you like it. Everyone has there own opinion
-I cook mine on a gas grill
-On a gas grill Cook on high, hopefully you can get the grill up to about 500 or 600 degrees.
-Cook on each side for 5 minutes
-take off the grill and wrap it in foil for about 10-15 minutes
-Should be Juicy and tender
:D

Best way to cook a steak...

Get a cast iron pot really hot... Preferably in coals... Fill pot with bacon fat... When the fat gets really hot, dip the steak in it like fondue for just a minute or 2...
Went to a roundup party once and that's how the Cowboys did it...
It'll definitely kill you eventually... But life without such things isn't worth living.
Never have rice at Hanzo's house...

So its like searing in bacon grease? Sounds pretty messy, and dangerous. I envision grease popping everywhere. Sounds good though.

You're right... It was done outside over a camp fire... I wouldn't want that going on in my house.

It's more like deep fried steak.

yeah finally saw it today, legitimately one of the best movies I've seen in a long time. The dance scene was **** hilarious.

My only gripe was the movie should have ended with the elevator shot, but other than that excellent all around.
