So tan; So Crawford.

Too bad our starting pitching has decided this would be a great time to take a nose dive during June swoon.

We'd be first in the division if it wasn't for the anchor that is our bullpen constantly dragging us down.

Yeah, i've noticed it too. And I'd like to say that we're not bandwagon fans; all of the Laker bandwagoners from 2012-13 have jumped off the wagon. For me, I just picked all of the teams that my dad has liked for years.

I have a legitimate hatred for every player in the braves bullpen not named Jason Grilli or Luis Avilan.

I didn't like that comments were made on this forum of a personal nature that I'm pretty sure aren't allowed and I wasn't the only one who felt some of the comments were over the top. But I've never asked them not to rub it in when they win or we lose…never. Sorry.

That was the middle of last season that you're referring to btw. Not sure why you'd refer to that knowing they gave me crap all playoffs about the Giants winning and they're giving me crap now and I'm not complaining.

Camp 1: Tend to be older. They don't like all of the theatrics, such as bat flipping and celebrating strikeouts. They'd rather see those players act more professionally. No disrespecting the game or breaking the unwritten rules.

Camp 2: Tend to be younger. They love all of the theatrics. As long as something interesting is happening, then everything's fine. They don't care about the players acting like professionals. Old customs mean nothing.

Camp 2.

I personally think Orel stood and looked in the sky too long after that strike out.
But good think the As were in Camp 2 and knew not to make a stink about it.

and executing a post like this takes precision and skill.

All 3 should have given me an And 1.
just my opinion.

So, Tanaka came back today and just mowed through the Mariners. This Yankee squad is so terribly bipolar this season that I'm not sure if it means they're close to finding the right combination, or that they're on the brink of imploding. My guess is the latter.

The entire division is a mess. I don't see why the Yanks couldn't win it.

We can only hope the Yankees crumble.

We suck. So. Much. Bipolar franchise after we broke the curse. Sometimes I don't even know about the Redsox. Baseball is so boring compared to even Cricket, but the IPL sucks and I am required to be a sox fan being from NE.

But then we win, and the city loses it completely. Way more than the Celtics, Bruins, or Patriots. You're pretty much guaranteed to get laid, you can just walk through the streets drinking, car horns are constantly going off, fireworks, etc.

I have only literally wept over my team winning twice, The 04 Redsox championship and the 08 Celtics.

Baseball is weird. Anyone else have a strange relationship with the sport/your team?

Twins might just be a good team brah.
They're looking like a different ball club under Molitor.

if they aren't. no matter cuz they are hot right now.

If you're asking if I've ever wept over one of my Atlanta teams winning it all, then the answer is no: I've never had the opportunity.

Life is good as a NE sports fan. Its quite amazing. Parades for days, and then we win another right after. We have dominated American sports like it was nothing. Kind of like the Yankees in baseball.

Sorry to hear that, man. At least Dortmund was winning a few years ago :( dark times ahead there most likely too though. Falcons have a shot to win it one year randomly maybe?

Even Dortmund choked in the Champions League final a few years ago (the Bundesliga titles were nice). I think the Braves have the best chance at a title around the 2017, 2018 time.

I hate how streaky our offense is. We'll go a week or two of just pounding teams into oblivion and then struggle to score 1-2 runs for another week or two.

I'm not saying they can't. They've got so many band aids on the bench and in the system that they can make it to October by limping in. But, they're one massive injury away from pure, unadulterated suckitude.
