now y'all saying the cba is more competitive than the ncaa just because some of you want to think mudiay is better than he seem
The first assertion is 100% wrong
The second assertion is 100% right

I like him too because he would immediately transform our defense, the most versatile defender in the draft probably.
How would you compare WCS to Mozgov?
Hmmm both offensively inconsistent, Mozgov is the bigger, better interior defender but WCS is more of a skilled, coordinated athlete, was a wide receiver in high-school, great hands, fast leaper. Mozgov runs too but WCS is a deer, that's why he can guard smaller players.

Re: Draftexpress drops Mudiay down to pick #6 today
There's been a number of College teams that have toured China and played against CBL teams..
Georgetown got into a fight with one a couple years back and made national news.. The team they fought with has 6 CBL ships and Georgetown was leading despite a massive foul disparity.
The top level teams are better then NCAA squads but Chinese teams only allow 2 foreigners per, it's not head and shoulders above the Highest levels of NCAA. That's false. For clarification purposes the team GTOWN played is one that does not sign Foreign Players...

Cauley-Stein
Aldridge
Melo
Green
Galloway
It's not really that bad at all. Probably good for at least 1 chip.

I'd agree with that analysis.

Tyson Chandler used to hit shots in practice all the time but for some reason when it came to game time it wasn't anywhere to be seen so lets not let this video of WCS hitting jumpers in a workout session make him our pick at #4 no matter what. I am a fan though and wouldn't be mad at the pick.

Yeah, but Tyson always looked uncomfortable and awkward when shooting. WCS looks like he's actually skilled at hitting jump shots and handling the ball, as well.

This video made me bust out laughing. Chandler? Mozgov? Dally? Bird man? Give me a break. This guy looks like he's a few Hakeem sessions away from being a permanent allstar.

Never underestimate the strength of knowledge.
Bring back the physical game and send the softies home.

He looks pretty damn smooth. I've always said he has skill and has shown an ability to knock down some jump-shots / jump-hooks --- I think his issues revolve more around self-confidence and trusting his shot. Not sure how that plays down the road.
I'm a WCS guy and if he keeps showing high skill level I like him more.

he looks good but who knows. let me see him shoot with someone running at him every time. jared jeffries couldn't miss in practice either.

That release is way too slow to be effective in an actual game. It's encouraging to see, but I think it's being taken too seriously at the moment. People penciling him in as an all-star based on 4 mins of slow, open jumpers is a bit much.

he had 3 years at kentucky to develop that on a consistent basis... he always had huge issues... not to mention he'd always dribble off his foot somehow...
big difference with an empty gym and playing against basketball players...
