Shawn Marion?
Im trying to think of a reason why he is not getting any playing time in an already short handed team. He is up there in age but he is still a great defender and can rebound the ball

There isn't a matchup in this series that benefits him. His time would come if the Warriors went big with Bogut, Lee, Green while Lebron was taking a breather, or if the Warriors ran the odd matchup lineup of Livingston, Thompson, Iguodala, Barnes, Green for an extended burn. You aren't going to sit James or Thompson for him though.

Marion could play instead of Mike Miller

Works on defensive side of the ball, but would exacerbate their lack of floor spacing on offense.

Re: Shawn Marion?
Marion looked completely done this season. The pace of the Finals would be way too much for him.

There's been rumors he's been dealing with a calf injury. Could be the reason why, as he's certainly better than Miller, who played 6 minutes in Game 2.

This. Of course you could substitute just about any name on the Cavs bench for "Marion" and that statement would still be true.
