Back to basics. What did curry do wrong? He's holding a position, a player moves into him causing him to lose his footing in no uncertain terms. Regardless of where you are on the floor or what's happening with the ball, it's a foul.

The Iggy rake across the arms in game 2 was just as extreme (and yes, I know bron travelled but were talking about fouls not travels here). Both blatant fouls. Both missed at key moments. Just accept that the reffing is poor in both directions.

Curry was dribbling upcourt, so I wouldn't necessarily say he's holding a position. There are often times no fouls are called on loose balls where there is contact going for the ball. I can understand the refs deciding to let it play on at that point in the game.
To your other post though, the trail ref actually had a clear view of the play. I just re-watched it.

There's a difference between getting benefit of the doubt and allowing LeBron to slide tackle people in the open court.
