edit: Actually, this could just be another overreaction. After seeing Noel this season, I have complete confidence in our medical staff and their tentative approach. They babied the Hell out of Noel and he basically played an injury free season.

It's probably just a minor set back and a precautionary evaluation from the 76ers. He did not injure his foot again. The basketball world wants the Sixers to burn the city down for every small thing. I think with or without Embiid to be honest, we are still in a good position going forward. A lot better position than the pre-Hinkie days.
