Sure. Just saying I like the chances for those other teams more because I believe elite/top SF are easier to dominate because they can do it all from PG to PF. Then you have your SG/SF/PG types Kobe, Wade, MJ. But a SF type.. that can lead the offense and pass, those are what drives titles more then PGs or PG/SGs. Zen has his work cut out getting Melo to play winning ball but I think he can get him there.

LeBron, P George, KD... Melo if he can be molded better by Zen. K Lenard. Even Iggy is in there though over looked a lot.

Wade was unique because of how strong he was. A Davis is another one. He used to be a PG before he grow.

Its a league of top talents. CHI has Mike Dunleavy and Doug McDermott at SF. they have a big whole on that roster if they want to win a titles, not just luck into one.

Hill for Calderon straight up maybe but none of that other stuff. This pick better not get traded or there will be a riot in the Barclay center.

Orlando Magic fan wondering if Knicks would trade #4 pick for #5 plus Channing Frey (he's signed for 3 more years)?

Want to make sure Magic get Porzingis. Mudiay would probably still be available, and Frey is serviceable.

Thoughts?

No. Knicks can waive Calderon using the stretch provision, yet we have to remember that last season, most of our key players were injured. While I am not a fan of Calderon, I would never make the deal you are proposing.

George Hill will be 30 and wants some Salary Cap. He is probably better than THjr, but is he better than Galloway? I would rather keep our draft pick.

Hibbert is marginally better than Cole Aldridge, and that is even questionable. There are plenty of better centers out there, and Greg Monroe is an example.

Giving Indiana our #4 pick just to get rid of Calderon and take back average players and the #11th pick is just plain dumb.

Go tell your Magic fans to go scratch their asses. Why the **** would we take on Frye's terrible deal AND move back one spot? You don't make no sense. If you want to move up to #4, you give us an ASSET or take back Calderon in a salary dump. Frye and his contract certainly does not qualify as an asset.

I would consider swapping Calderon for Frye. Frye is a nice compliment to Monroe.

...why would the pacers actually do that trade? hill's contract is reasonable and he actually had a good 2nd half to last season.

Some kind of 4 + Calderon for 13 + bledsoe , maybe some other asset or future
