I am seriously getting sick of this team. We are a joke. If vivek or vlade let this happen they will seriously alienate the fan base. I bet it will be pretty hard to fill that new arena if we go in this direction

For the love of science. Has there been a franchise as poorly ran and operated than the Kings in the last 30 years? Firing Malone was just unbelievably bad; then they hire a guy that is old and crusty. The problem is nobody has **** canned more coaches than the Kings since Adelman. I have no idea if this is true, but the hire mid season reeked of desperation. As if this geez was going to turn the ship around in the west. Should have stuck out the year with Corbin and looked to bring in someone with a little more youth and is more in touch with the evolved game. You know, like Mike Malone.

Karl also wanted to keep Pete. He obviously isn't the right coach for this team. Hope Vlade, Vivek and Bratz don't give in to Karl.

Woj likes to put hit pieces out for juicy info though. I wouldn't doubt if his source weasel Pete or Mullin. Still don't think Karl was a good hire though.

I was one of those fans who pushed for GK but we really should have just waited til the end of the season, fired EVERYONE, hired Vlade and started fresh. Too late now.

Not really, if this is true, this is a fireable offense. George Karl is just trying to eek out enough wins for secure his own legacy. The guy is a dinosaur. Meanwhile, cousins is a 24 year old all NBA franchise Center. Cousins is locked up til 18 with a very friendly contract. Get this old clown out of town and find someone with some youth that hasn't been known to alienate players.

I would say hiring Thibs is an option, but I hate his run everybody into the ground so you can win the regular season and run out of gas by playoff time routine. There are plenty of guys out there, the off season just started.

There's too much blood in the water for this just to be PDA. Makes no sense why things like this have been leaked for months now. What did PDA have to gain by causing problems for his own job? It's a **** mess, man.

A lot of Suns fans have been wanting to trade for Cousins for a while (not me) but I think it is totally unrealistic and the Suns have absolutely nothing that would interest the Kings. So from my understanding from reading Wojnarowski's article, the Kings want a player or players back that would help them immediately. The three players I think of immediately that I think provide the Kings with a franchise player back are:

Russell Westbrook
Kyrie Irving
Blake Griffin

Would Kings fans be interested in trading Cousins if you were getting back one of those three guys? I think any of them would be perfect for you to build around. What do you think?

If Karl get what he wants (trade Cousins), I hope the Kings get fleeced HARD and lose a bunch of fans in the process.

Hey Vivek, how does an empty new stadium look like, huh? You like it? Well, that is what you are going to see if you let Karl override you and force your hand in trading Cousins away.

Trading away Cousins would be the final straw for many people in Sacramento. We love this team but this is simply too much s#@! to deal with.

I'm not gonna lie, I just had an epiphany to check out the Kings sub forum to see what type of depressing threads I'd see, and seeing this thread title made me laugh out loud.

Not a King's fan but Westbrook and Griffin would not be traded for Cousins.

As for Irving for Cousins, that's a pretty big down grade in my opinion for the Kings. Irving is also very injury prone.

I am trying to be fair here. It is obvious that it looks like Cousins will be traded. You seriously would not be happy by getting one of those guys in return?
